Nothing but upmost professionalism. Answered all my questions and when I eventually made a booking for club 555 they handled it seamlessly. Even agreed to handle bookings I had made prior. Even on cancellation they communicated efficiently and sent a refund.

Great service and organisation by the team. We had a lot of questions which they answered and catered for all of our needs. Towards the end we had possible return transport issues due to flight closures, but the team guided us properly and we were able to get back without much issue. An extra special thanks to our driver Badr who was kind, considerate and was on hand almost anytime of the day to take us anywhere.

Would definitely use them again.

Used Dhiren and MC a few times for trips to Marrakech, I can honestly recommend him as someone genuine and willing to go the extra mile to please his guests, everything from villa choice to itinerary what you eating and planning to do each night is perfectly executed with Dhiren’s vast wealth of contacts, just stayed at Villa de Atlas Palmarie and it was the best stay so far highly recommended, Dhiren didn’t have to call but he did each day to ensure me and my guests were happy and wanted feedback positive or negative to help improve the service, zero to complain about and MC offer world class trusted service, trusted is not something you will find easily in Marrakech and Dhiren personifies the word exquisitely , a 7 star service!!!

I booked a long weekend in Marrakech for 20 men. Everything from the villa including the meals and hospitality, the transport and drivers and the restaurant and nightclub recommendations exceeded our expectations. Dhirin was fantastic and was always available to answer any questions and make amendments to the booking. I cannot recommend Marrakech Concierge highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

By far the best way to start a holiday. No issues. No problems. Everything was organised as we would hope it would. The maids were brill. The driver (Asid) was fantastic. Perfect long weekend away!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end with all manner of care and consideration. Firstly catering for 20 guys can be a difficult situation but with the help of the concierge our days were planned perfectly and ran accordingly.
We were allocated 3 van drivers who were very helpful with shopping and transport. The maids and the kitchen staff at the villa were top notch and matched only by the magnificence of the villas themselves. Each one having a different decor and vibe with the atlas mountains as a back drop. Our nights out were exceptional and considering some were organised only a few hours before an actual night was testament to the concierge.
The only draw back would be the location of the villas slightly, they were situated out in the sticks so to speak but it was a small price to pay for the incredible complex.
Would 100% recommend this service for those looking to enjoy Marrakech to the fullest.

I used Marrakech Concierge to plan a stag. At first I was skeptical about marakesh being a good stag location from online reading although Marakesh Concierge gave me reassurance by providing me with a clear and well documented flexible itinerary that was concise and transparent with prices. They gave me plenty if options for good accommodation, bars and clubs for a group of 20 guys. The Transit and transportation was smooth and the 3 vans provided. They all the modern amenities and the drivers spoke reasonable English. The villas were incredible, postcard views of the Atlas Mountains. The villas came with cooks, and maids. Although situated 30 mins out the city Center which at times was a little inconvenient, the compromise was that everyone had there own bedroom and the drivers would deliver everything to the compound. When we went to Buddha bar, they gave us the best table in the house right in front of the stage for the best view of all the performances. I thought this was a real VIP experience considering I ask the concierge to book it the night before. All in all a well organised VIP experience with the best tables in clubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone doing a large gathering trip to Marrakesh to get in touch. You won’t regret it ! I’m considering coming back with the family.

We were a large group of 15 planning a trip to Morroco and we were thankfully directed to Marrakech Concierge from a trusted friend. When I contacted MC I explained we would be celebrating a birthday and wanted great evening entertainment and food.

Being a large group proved difficult to plan as not everyone agreed. This was made simple as we were provided several options for the evening and even splitting groups if required.

We were advised on what to expect including do’s and dont’s which I shared with the group.

When we arrived at the airport I was advised we would have our drivers waiting for us and both drivers were amazing, they greeted us and took control of our luggage.

When we arrived at our villa we were blown away by how luxurious and spacious the villa truly was. We then met our host for the villa, Marco who made us feel right at home and gave us a tour of the villa from end to end. The villa included 14 on suite bedrooms, swimming pools and several lounge areas to just kick back and soak up the sun.

Within the villa we had our personal maids and our own chefs which meant we did not need to leave the villa to dine, at first we weren’t sure if the food would be any good however the food was also amazing and available at any time.

The second evening Marco asked if we preferred to have a BBQ outside as the sun was out too. Again the food was amazing!!

We also arranged to have table bookings in the clubs we visited to ensure we were comfortable and could celebrate in style. This was arranged with in advance with no issues on the night even though we all arrived and different times too.

I received a routine call both afternoon and evening from Marrakech Concierge daily to ensure I was happy and was available to assist me.

We felt like celebrities out there and would no doubt use MC again. If you are reading this then I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed at all. Book with confidence!

We used Dhiren last time we went to sort the clubs out and it was on point. So Decided this time for him to take care of everything from airport pickup to our villa, and any excursions we wanted to go on. His team on hand were on point especially Marco @ Villa Marco, what a great guy and host, his staff were amazing and we had the freedom of his entire villa. best regards

Great customer service from the start until the end for a great trip.

Dhiren was very helpful whilst we were planning the trip, providing suggestions for accommodations and things to do. He listened to our needs then created a tailor-made package.

Whilst in Marrakech, Dhiren kept in contact on a daily basis (enhancing the customer experience) and was on hand for any suggestions/changes we needed to our itinerary.

The staff (manager, driver etc) were very helpful whilst we were there and spoke English well too; which was a massive help.

Second trip with Marrakech Concierge and will definitely use them again!
