My cat really enjoys all his meals and he licks his bowl clean. The texture, freshness and smell are amazing. He is usually a fussy eater but not with his Marro. There is an excellent selection of recipes with meat, fish and poultry something to tempt any cat. I have always been able to change delivery times or recipes and how often I want the meals. They are delivered very well packaged and frozen ready for the freezer and I just get out what I need and defrost and warm in the microwave. The meals look appealing and smell soo much better than other cat foods I tried. The staff are all friendly, reliable, and care about your furry family member which is very important. The food is human food with everything a cat needs. So very happy but Smokie is very happy and contented so thankyou Marro would highly recommend you x

Easy to order & edit recipes & date of delivery. Both my cats took a little persuasion but now are fine. Oscar is eating more than he should so still trying to work out whether he really needs it or is just being a piggy! 😁

Marro go above and beyond to make sure my cat has lovely food. They contact me with recipe changes and new ideas, which is perfect for my senior cat who needs variety to stay interested in food. They ensure my deliveries are well packed and easy for my to transfer to the freezer. I cannot fault the quality of the food or the service they offer.

I bought Marro as I have a very fussy cat. The first bowl, Scout turned her nose up. I did try again but had the same response. Little did I know that warming the food up was something that was suggested to do. I did this and what a transformation in my fussy little cat. Scout loves it!

Great food, easy to prepare, she always cleans her plate and to be honest we’re probably saving money by not throwing away half eaten food!

So far, so good. Felix is a cat who loves his food what ever's on offer. However, since switching to Marro he's not now thieving from the box because he was still hungry. Win, win.

My little friend really like Marro. Rudy’s favourite flavour is beef, he absolutely loves it! Pls do not make changes on the recipe for any reason! He then likes chicken, Turkey and fish. He can eat pork and duck with chicken. He dislikes salmon with chicken.
Marrow’s customer service is efficient, the company is reliable and the website easy to navigate.
Maybe you can try to make a delicious treat.

Tia is an elderly lady at 17 years old and has a smaller appetite now. Marro is a food that she will eat completely over the day. She purrs when she’s eating and that’s all the compliments she can give! What more can I say? Marro never disappoints.

I phoned Customer Support for some advice and guidance on reducing Misty's portions in a healthy way for her, and received such a patient, kind, helpful response from the advisor I spoke with.
My whole experience with Marro has been great and Misty is finally enjoying her food - maybe a bit too much!!!

My gorgeous cat Poppy is probably the fussiest kitty when it comes to her food, and will literally starve herself than eat anything she doesn’t like. I have wasted so much money trying to find good food options that she will actually eat on a regular basis, and not tire of. Thankfully we found Marro and she loves it! So far so good and 3 boxes in she will not touch anything else. So pleased with the quality and delivery. Long may it last🙂

My cat loves her Marro food. It's very good quality and she clears her plate. Communication with Marro is easy. I can amend delivery and recipe choices easily. Delivery comes in eco friendly packaging...always a plus for me. Emails are polite. Would recommend. It's also fun to be part of the taste tests. Good to know that reviews then make a difference/change to recipes. They are also very generous in the amount of taste test portions sent.

Ziggy loves Marro! His favourite is the beef and the duck with chicken! But he enjoys all of them!

As my senior cat Dudley seemed to be losing a little weight & had no health issues when vet-checked, I decided to try him on a new diet as he obviously wasn't getting the nutrition he needed. After some online research, I decided to give Marro a try.
Our trial box (& every subsequent one) arrived exactly on schedule with dpd.
As Dudley has a healthy appetite I decided to just give him a whole (gently warmed) pouch without the gradual introduction Marro recommended. He cleared the first bowl no problem. Every subsequent meal has had the same result, he really enjoys all the flavours. 1 month in his weight stabilised, 2 months in he had regained his lost weight & looks like his old self again.
Marro account is easy to manage. As I did for Dudley, you can easily change the meal plan if needed (I only did it to balance out the flavours so he gets maximum variation), & if you need to alter delivery date to suit, its very straightforward to do too.
The meals arrive well-packed in insulated box with an ice-pack inside. Just open, separate the pouches, put a few days meals in the fridge & the rest in the freezer .... simples!

I get constant marketing emails about this and it’s quite annoying, apparently if I tout the business at Easter I get 70% off a box. Happy to do a review not going to persuade for money.
