SCAM!!! Marroomi Tallow Honey Balm is BATE & SWITCH!! I received NOT a Marroomi product made & sold in USA. Product was not Marroomi, but title was Wyian Tallow Honey Balm (CHINA) and was not of organic ingredients!

TOTAL SCAM!! I feel so betrayed. Took 1 month to get from China, not the US. Has all sorts of other terrible ingredients not just the organic ones listed. Including HYDROGENATED OIL!! Not Italian Olive oil as advertised. Smells like terrible cheap perfume also! There's only the email for communication which Im assuming is total BS from reading other reviews. Mine came with a label slapped on top that said "Colin (no last name) from San Diego" I googled the address and thats also a scam, its a million dollar home for sale. I have no way of getting a refund and I AM SO MAD!!! I hate scammers and will go back to buying local. Incredibly disappointing.

scam was led to believe this was from texas. Got the waiting for shipping with China address immediately tried to cancel the email for customer service came back undeliverable. Finally found a 2nd email they said couldn't cancel already shipped. Contacted credit card company and disputed charges. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

SCAM!!! Never even received the product. Tried to write an email to customer support and got an error message saying the address is invalid. I want my money back!!!

If I could give them less than zero I would. It took nearly a month to arrive. It was touted as being made in the USA turns out it came from China. Cautiously opened it to be smacked in the face by very perfumy - very heavy scent. Consistency was more like a liquid than a balm. A total scam and a joke. Steer clear. Don’t waste your money.

UPDATE: On 7/21 I received the following after I emailed them about how poor their product is:

*** I responded and provided them with photo's and even a video clip of our liquidy the product is (a balm is not runny!) ... as of today 7/31 - I have received NO REFUND - NO RESPONSE - NO FURTHER UPDATE.

This place and product are a complete and total SCAM.

Scam!! took forever to get, ( came from China I thought it was made in the USA) when it finally arrived, one of the containers were smashed, the ingredients was coming out! Asked for a refund no response total silence.

SCAM! toxic cream that burns my eyes when put on face. High fragrance. Mineral oil as an ingredient. I feel stupid for purchasing this. In jar that looks different than what is advertised and called wylin. Who honestly knows what’s in this cream. Maybe I’ll use it on my feet. HORRIBLE

Never have recieved my order. Never would've ordered it had I known it was coming from China. Nothing wrong with China products, its getting the products here when ordered!!
Guess I will be reporting this to my bank for a refund/scam it i don't get results about what happened to my order.

I just received notification my order is coming from China!!!! Certainly not an American product. Ordered it July 7th, here it is the 16th. Let’s see if I’ll be able to send it back. After reading the reviews, I know the product will not be what they claim or what I ordered. Will keep you posted how the return process goes.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. THIS PRODUCT IS A JOKE, THIS SO CALLED 'TALLOW' IS WATER BASED AND MADE OF WHO KNOWS WHAT! TOOK FOREVER TO GET TO ME AND THE PACKAGING LOOKS LIKE IT WAS BOUGHT IN THE DOLLAR STORE. WOW, I HOPE SOMEONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS CHEATING AND LYING!

Not only did it take over a month to be delivered and they didnt mention all the other ingredients, but the cream literally stinks and you would expect a cream that has honey in it to be thicker, but it is so thin I doubt it really does anything

Never listed that many other ingredients. Lying by omission. Never disclosed country of origin, not that I have anything against China necessarily. Lots of info was omitted. Bad experience. Hope this review can help others. Hopefully someone checked here before purchasing. I certainly did not but pretty sure my bank would reverse the charge for me. These things are going to the trash for having so many undisclosed ingredients. Felt cheated for sure.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My confirmation indicated that my order will be sent via “CHINA POST”. Red flag. I tried googling a customer service number but nothing. Red flag.

When I received my order, I was concerned bc my cream jar depicted “WIYUN” and NOT “MARROOMI”, red flag. So I emailed them and they responded with “your order has been delivered” even though my words were chosen explicitly regarding my concern. Red flag. At first I thought I mistakenly ordered from a copycat scam link but then realized THEY ARE THE CULPRITS! Unfortunately I, and apparently a lot of people got scammed with this cream with questionable ingredients. If I wanted counterfeit cream, I could’ve easily ordered same from Amazon with free shipping!

Placed my order for the tallow balm on June 19 and still have not received products. they advertised that it was made in USA but shipped from China. E-mailed after 10 days and no word on shipment. Generic response that it was in transit. Now it is July 14th and no tracking since June 29th. E-mail is undeliverable. The address on the bottom of the screen was showing a SC location where i grew up. I even sent a letter and all the info I have hoping this person would respond. After all this time, and seeing these other reviews, I am sure I will hear nothing! This is such a mess and outright thievery! But their day will come and I would rather be in my shoes than theirs! Buyer Beware!

Deception, it's from China and they make it seem like it's an American company, can't trust what's in it ,I will definitely throw it away .

Bait and switch scam. Product comes from China. Name on jar is Wiyun not Marroomi. Ingredients listed in ad and on jar lid are not the same as ingredients listed on the side. With so many untruths on the outside, how can you trust what is on the inside? If negative star ratings were possible, I would have given that.

First of all, NO WHERE in its product description did it mention ALL the other ingredients other than tallow, olive oil and honey! Including water, mineral oil, glycerin, triethanolamine, etc, etc!!! Such BS! No where did it show the name "Wiyun", because if I did, I would have NEVER ordered this sh*t from China!! Run!!!

Be advised... Every negative comment here is correct regarding my experience. However, I did receive the package. It was from China - not the US, as advertised. The return address was also a vacant home listed 48 hours before I ordered. The ingredients are a mess and nothing similar to advertised. Fortunately, my credit card reversed the charge.
The good news? I did get the "buy one, get one free" deal. :D
I let the listing agent know about the return address because no doubt crap will start filling the mailbox and doorstep shortly.
