Dion helped me find a property when I was on a limited timeline and I was feeling lost in looking for one as a FHB. He is very knowledgeable and always great at communicating, he was able to find me a really good property in a very short period of time, for the budget I had, in a great location and was able to negotiate a fair price before it went to auction.
