First time I've used this company and the whole procedure from start to finish was straightforward, time efficient and the information very accurate.

Fabulous well appointed cottage, lots of luxury touches. Lovely views of both the sea and the countryside. Beaches and local eateries and shops all very dog friendly. A comfortable and relaxing break.

Great online booking process. Good communication and reminders. Lovely property with sea views ideally placed to tour North Devon

Great communication, kept updated on all aspects of our holiday. Found everything as described and happy to recommend and return again. Just a great addition to the holiday would be to include a small welcome pack of essentials, eg milk, bread, butter. We were stuck in traffic on journey and arrived too late for the local grocery shop. I have had this with other holiday companies and it was much appreciated.

The apartment is situated in the middle of Woolacombe. 2 minutes from the beach,shops and pubs. 2 parking spaces are available which is a real bonus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and very dog friendly. The block has limited outside space which is rather scruffy so not really suitable for sitting outside. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and will be returning

Great place to use as a base to explore Devon and even Cornwall.

We planned for a nice week away and when we arrived we were meet by the owners. We found the cottage to have everything we needed for a week away. But wasn't cleaned very well as cobwebs in many places and rubbish under the main bed. The downstairs where two of the three bedrooms are also smelt and felt a bit damp Also the games room has animal poor on the ping pong table and the cleaner provided was empty. There are signs up to say dogs on leads but not in the field area but on our second day we had the owners dog run up to our vehicle twice while I was trying to park and then attack our dog. All we got was a sorry we are looking after the dog and then never heard from the owners again for the rest of the holiday. Maybe if you have a sign up saying dogs on leads that you should follow this. Also the road to the place isn't great best to go slowly and have a 4 by 4. We won't be visiting this place again due to the poor cleanliness and would advise others to go somewhere else where the owners care about their guests and pets.

Spacious property with comfortable beds. In need of some interior decor. Car parking is only a 2 minute walk away, in a public car park. A free electronic permit is provided. Great location for coastal walks and Woolacome is a 5 minute drive, down a steep hill, being 20/30 minute walk.

Fabulous week in Morthoe.

Could not ask for more from the Pines. A lovely property in a lovely location. Great views and within easy reach of amazing coastal walks and village amenities.

Booked a cosy comfortable cottage in the heart of Lynmouth. Had a terrific stay with my family, well equipped and homely house for a week.
It was both affordable but lovely surroundings, with homely touches for a warm and cosy vibe.

Comfortable accomodation set in a good position for nearby Woolacombe and surrounding coastal towns. Two pubs very close to the property within a five minute walk. There is a Fish and chip shop plus a seasonal Takeaway next door within walking distance which only operates April to early September.

Company not able to help with issues with cottage as property is dealt with by owner. However the company take the money for the holiday but not prepared to deal with issues when they arise

Easy to use with lots of information right up to holiday time

Apartment felt like a home from home. Brilliantly equipped, fabulous location and very cosy.

Lovely comfortable accommodation with everything you could possibly need for a large family & pooches!

Location is great, 10 minutes walk to the shale beach and shops. The Foscle bar was great, very welcoming and great food, even a pool table.
Only fly in the ointment was a VERY soft bed, otherwise perfect.
Would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Forda Chalet; the accommodation was better than expected, modern fixtures and fittings ( loved the double shower) with private parking as an added bonus !
Perfect for our Goldies Bailey & Willow with the enclosed frontage and lots of local dog walks and beach days round the corner .
A couple of local pubs serving good food within walking distance , would recommend, we will be back!
