Amazing after-sales service from Marshall for excellent Minor III earphones. I had a technical problem with the case for my Minor III earphones and, even though there was a delay in being able to resolve the issue, Marshall kept me informed of progress and went above and beyond in resolving the issue.

Good product but more importantly, supported by solid customer support if ever you have an issue w your headphones. In my case, the left earbud stopped working. After no-nonsense troubleshooting, they shipped a replacement pair, solving the issue. 5 Star.

Great customer service... I had some problems with some offers that I received... But Pam, the girl who helped me, was always concerned about solving the problem. I have Emberton and willien and I'm going for Woburn 3 now. The only thing is that they should extend their offers to the rest of the countries and not just to France.

I asked for support regarding a plus 10 year old Woburn speaker repair. My contacts where Alex and Ian in helping me towards a solution. The path required me to send my damaged Woburn to a repair facility. Unfortunately the repair shop did not have the parts to fix the speaker. Instead I was offered a Woburn 2 that was refurbished. The costs I incurred was the cost of shipping. I was simply blown away that this sort of accommodation was made for me! I rock with Marshall with at least at current count 8 specific products. The history of Marshall on the stage to the modern day product line is simply amazing. Do yourself a big favor and check out Marshall online or at Best Buy and other stores that carry their products, and you will know first hand the workmanship , fit and finish and dynamic clarity of sound found in Marshall brand products,,, Don't walk run...and a excellent gift for friends and family!!

I have ordered a pair of headphones almost 10 days ago, but did not receive any tracking number or any updates of the order. I had to contact the support team to find out the tracking number.
Poor delivery time. Website reports 2-7 days, however this is not the case. Bad service.

The order placing page said that the standard delivery is within 2 business days. When I made the order, I received information that the delivery takes 2-7 business days, which contradicts what I was told before placing the order. I placed the order on Monday. It's Friday and the order still hasn't been shipped. Delivery disclosure promises shipping within the same day.
It's almost like a scam. If you can't do something, don't advertise it. You could at least say "usually 2 days", instead of "2 days".
My review is mainly about the customer service. purchased a new product years ago, which unfortunately is discontinued and Marshall did not do an update product. It was a one-off product I still enjoy. After the warranty time passed the phone had an internal malfunction and even though the warranty expired, they offered to have a look at it, got a delivery service to pick up for free, and then sent me a new device! But it didn't end there, as the product was brand new and at the time I didn't know they wouldn't do an update/new product, my battary slowed down. Since they didn't have any assecories to order, I asked if I could buy another battery. Again, they sent me a new battery for FREE!!!
I then learnt that they don't do this device again and no updates, maybe it wasn't a good seller. But the REPEATED excellent customers service has been hands-down THE BEST I've evern experienced with any company anywhere! I offerd to PAY for the battery, but they sent it for free.

If they ever do a new device like this, I'm the first in line to buy it, not just for the device itself which I still use and love, but the next-to-none customer service.
This is about the tech support and replacement parts (for us techs) service. They have been great on several occasions. Their pricing is below what one would expect, shipping was quick, access given freely to schematics on promise of confidentiality, suggestions for investigations and fixes given quickly. Cant fault this side of the business.
Excelent sound quality in such a small device (Major IV), that also manages to provide a battery 🔋 that seems to keep going endlessly. The knob works great, its a joy to use.
Would prefer if it was not made in PRC, but competitors are all doing the same, so might as well just buy what I like. According to my criteria for sound, it has been hard to find true competition for Marshall.

We ordered a STANMORE II Bluetooth speaker direct from Marshall on November 25th as a Christmas gift. The order acknowledgment said the next step would be to receive a notification upon shipping. When no shipping info was received by December 4th, We reached out to Customer Service through their website. They do not have a phone number that you can call direct. They indicate that they will get back to you in 1 to 2 days. When Marshall responded via email, they provided a tracking number and asked that we give it 24 hours for UPS to enter the package in their system. When I looked up the tracking number the next day, it was obvious that the speaker had already been shipped and dropped off 6 days earlier at a home 30 miles from our address. I sent a copy of that tracking info, in a reply to the email as instructed. On December 8, we tried to get help through the company's online chat. The agent told us that WE would have to reach out to UPS for info. Eventually, she acknowledged that Marshall had filed a claim for us while we waited online. As of today, Dec 18, and Christmas just 7 days away, we have heard nothing back from Marshall. Fortunately for us, the lady that did get the package, went out of her way to find out who we were and eventually she was able to contact us. My wife and I drove 60 miles round trip to pick it up. We have no doubt that the STANMORE II is a wonderful speaker worthy of 4 or 5 stars. The customer service is not.

The headphones are superior quality to any headphones I ever had before. They are comfortable to wear, have excellent sound quality, and have INSANE battery life. The customer service is amazing, and their agent, Emma, was very kind, polite, and quick to answer any and all questions I had. Thank you guys! You have a customer for life!

In love with my Marshall IVs.
I had a terrible experience with my previous headphones so I was so happy when I got my Marshalls IVs.
They sync you into the music-listening experience and you totally forget about the environmental sound cause there is none. It was very important for me and I am glad that I got that experience with these headphones.
The only thing is that when I use them during online meetings, people hear everything that is going on around me louder than my own voice. But this is not extremely critical just something to work on as I will probably purchase another pair for my husband.

I love my Marshall Minor III earbuds. I have them for a year now and use them almost every day. Main uses are running and work. They are comfortable and never fall. Super stylish too. The battery lasts forever and charges super fast.
I cannot recommend them enough!
Failure to deliver my 3 figure sum order. Failure to follow up with the courier company to see why my order has sat in their warehouse since the 22nd November. Failure to provide feedback on enquires, when they had undertaken to do so. Failure to respond to my emails asking for an update. I would love to review their product, but I haven’t received it. As these are christmas presents for friends and family I had asked Marshall to reissue the order and to seek their own compensation from their delivery partner - alas they have chosen not to respond. What a shame.
