As usual, booking the appointment was easy, the young man making the booking was very helpful. The technician carrying out the service was knowledgeable, pleasant & efficient.

I first contacted Marshall Clean Heat and Power because my existing SolarEdge inverter wouldn't connect to wifi after Virgin changed my router. Although I wasn't a Marshall customer, Jason helped me get my inverter back online, free of charge.
I was so impressed, I asked Marshall to give me a quote for upgrading my system to include a SolarEdge storage battery. This work was completed to a high standard and I'm very happy with my installation and the performance of my battery.
Marshall Clean Heat and Power have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of quoting for and installing my new battery and inverter. I've found all of their employees to be friendly, courteous and professional. From my experience, this is a professional, trustworthy company who wants to do everything correctly and provide a good outcome for its customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I write to thank Marshall & McCourt for arranging the installation of the Solar Panels and storage battery at our home on the 25th and 26th March 2025.
The “team” who carried out the installation worked very well together, explained and sought our permission before they carried out the various aspects of the work.
They were patient when answering our numerous questions and made sure that we installed and understood the Tesla App correctly before departing.

Prompt service friendly engineer and job well done

I have had great service from Marshall & McCourt over the last 4 years. They have done a lot of work for us: installing an air source heat pump with replacement of all radiators and pipes, installing an electric shower, and (within the last year) relocating solar thermal plumbing in our loft, installing solar panels & a battery, and installing an EV charger. All their staff (both in the office and on site) have been consistently helpful, polite and reliable, and have resolved any issues promptly. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have used Marshall and McCourt for many years to service my boiler and also, occasional plumbing works.
The office staff are unfailingly helpful when arranging a suitable date for the engineer to visit.
In turn, the engineers always turn up on time and are friendly and professional while carrying out the necessary work.

Today on the 26th of November I had my boiler service done the engineer also checked the water quality in the central heating system which came back with a big green pass thank you marshall and mccourt I would recommend this company to anyone

I have used marshall and mccourt on a regular basis over the last few years (they fitted my boiler and service it yearly)on this occasion we were having problems with the pump phoned them up within half an hour we had a lad knocking on my door coming to fix it now that's good promp service and the lad was very knowledgeable and polite can't praise this company enough.
