Poor quality when arrived and died. No response from customer service!
Plants delivered on time but the packaging was not up to there usual standards but potted on and they have survived the experience . So looking forward to an excellent crop.

Can’t as I never received them as they were returned to you by the delivery company as damaged. I am still waiting for a member of your staff to contact me and put matter right by either replacement or refund. Very disappointed with the way you treated me in this case.

Item arrived in damp parcel and all three plants were broken . Have been trying to contact Marshall’s Customer service for 3 days. Telephone lines are never open. A message asks one to phone back at a specified day but lines still closed and message gives yet another day, when again the lines are closed and direct you to yet another day! Have now written and awaiting a response! Very, very disappointing and frustrating especially as.
