Product arrived all smashed up. No plants survived. Pls improve packaging.

Very disappointed, arrived with major damage and only 6 survived. No packing round the boxes so knocked about in transit. Poor after service and no phone service and no response after 1 week from email. Obviously overwhelmed by calls probably angry customers. Sad because last year they were excellent. These were not my choice as the plants I chose arrived in such a bad state none survived..You replaced them with these but they were not what I chose! I contacted Marshalls straight away and they tried to say it was Royal Mail not them!! The plants were too big for the packaging and the packaging was split and squashed as not suitable for rollers in the RM sorting office!! These replacement plants arrived very carefully packed in a box and delivered by Yodel so now planted.. Photos are of my original choice plants when they arrived.! Very sad…

Seedlings arrived quite late under not great condition. Very spinally. Planted them immediately and should’ve got 12 plants but three were completely hopeless. The other nine plants are in the ground but completely collapsed. Very, very disappointed..!

First time we have tried ordering fo a June arrival. Plants arrived in good condition, and a bit larger than previous orders. Love the Honeydew corn. They grow to a lovely size for sharing, and always taste wonderful.
