Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. The cold water would not turn on. There was no plug in the bath tub. Could not get the shower to work, due to this I was not able to have my basic standard of hygiene. The kettle was caked in limescale and the water inside was milky and slimey, obviously not cleaned in a while before my arrival. There were cobwebs and spiders in a few of the corners. The carpet was filthy, would not put my feet on the floor without my slippers on/my feet covered. The chair and bed are full of stains. The mattress for the bed had definitely seen better days, as all the springs were popping out. Definitely not what we paid for. The few photos that are shown on Google images for the hotel, ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ROOM I HAD.
Had to book into another hotel just so I could have a shower, after 3 nights out of 12. I just asked for them to refund the 9 days that I wasn't going to stay. Was told no refund policy. Now I can see why they have a No Refund policy. They would be out of business if they had to refund every time a person left part way through their booking.
