DO NOT ORDER - NOT A REAL BUSINESS

I ordered at the start of April and didn't receive the goods by Easter as promised. I have tried to contact the business to get my money back or the order sent and they have not responded. I can only assume this is not a real business - avoid at all costs.

I have used marshmallow deli a few times and no problems however this time it has been horrendous I placed an order on 01/04/2019 and received an email saying order shipped 09/04/2019 I have emailed like 6 times and not one has been answered. Considering they are sent out to be signed for all I want is proof that they were sent and where to and who signed for them because I haven't

Never arrived, no reply to emails.

As with other reviews here, I ordered eggs and marshmallows for Easter but they never came. I have emailed to complain and ask where they are, but have heard nothing back. I want to support a small vegan business but it makes it difficult when the customer service is so terrible and the product never arrives!

This company does make lovely, vegan marshmallows BUT they are absoloutely awful at sending anything out on time and their customer service is terrible. If they do reply they just make excuses about being 'ill' or 'very busy' but it just happens every time. If you try to buy for a specific date you will always be let down. My most recent order was for Easter, over a week before Easter I received an email saying the items had been dispatched, two weeks later (after missing Easter) nothing has arrived and all emails to the company have been ignored. Meanwhile, of course, they have my money and have been earning interest on it. Just avoid them.

Sadly I have to agree with the other bad reviews. I ordered marshmallow at the beginning of March and it is now 7 weeks later and yet to arrive. I have emailed several times and have not received a response. I can only assume at this point I will not be receiving my order and I will need to request a refund.

How I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! I've had the same experience as everyone else, order placed and acknowledged then....nothing. I've tried contacting several times through the website but have received absolutely no reply at all. How is it possible for this company to continue in this way?

How do we get together and get her closed down, with full refunds for everyone who she has failed to contact, deliver the goods and/or refund - small claims court? I notice she has removed the address (in Newark?) from the pages, i was told 2 weeks ago my order would arrive latest start of this week but nothing - i replied to that email and it was rejected, no such email address. There is no phone no., no way to contact this woman - appalling

Purchased from this website in the past and took forever to receive any products. Decided to give them another go and wish I hadn't. Ordered from their website, a week later I received a shipment notification, then nothing. No delivery 10 days later and have attempted on multiple attempts to contact them but no response given. Avoid this company like the plague.

Have purchased from Marshmallowdeli for years. Order always took weeks if not a couple of months to receive. Last Christmas was the last straw. I placed an order in November and 3 days before Christmas I received an email to say my order was cancelled and to obtain a refund, I would have to make a claim through PayPal. No explanation or apology given. Great product if you are lucky enough to receive your order but unprofessional and non existent customer service. Needless to say I will not purchase from them again.

How dare they do this to people. Has any one found a telephone number for them?

Wish I had checked up more on this company before ordering. I now realise I tried using them before a few years ago and never got my order.
Same issue again, placed order and have not heard anything about despatch etc
Contacted company via their website and not received any response.
Total rip off....
UPDATE.
Order placed March 1st.
Today's date May 8th, my order has been refunded.
No contact from seller even though I used their contact page on their website to send messages enquiring about my order.

I added a review in December after having trouble with Marshmallow Deli.

I saw the advertisement in the Good Food magazine for the business. However following the appalling service and non receipt of my order I contacted Good Food to advise them they were advertising a company that did not fulfill their promises and they said they would review their advertisement.

They obviously did not and having read a customer review they were still advertising Marshmallow Deli in their February issue.

Like most others, I have received terrible service from this business. I did receive my first order some time ago (very late) and the marshmallows were very good. My second order did not arrive and my emails were ignored. I vowed never to order again but decided to try again recently. Same thing happened - an email saying the order had been despatched but nothing arrives and no response to emails. I have given this woman 7 days to come up with the order or give me a refund, failing which I will consider she has fraudulently taken my money and act accordingly. Best avoided if you don't want to lose money, time and have your blood pressure go up to danger levels.

Wish I’d read her disastrous feedback on here before ordering (again!!) . Previous orders had been fulfilled after much chasing and frustration. However, her products are divine and the temptation was too much to resist so foolishly ordered again on 2/2/19 .... I’m still waiting 🙄. No replies to numerous emails and she doesn’t use PayPal any more so getting money back will be a challenge !

I had the same issues as everyone else. Order placed, no product received. Promises of sending the order out when I contacted by email (which is the ONLY way to contact this woman) but never sending. She blamed the hot weather then she blamed me! She only refunded me after I sent her a link to her appalling Trust Pilot reviews and told her she had until the end of the week to refund me before I report her to Trading Standards. She switched off comments to her Instagram site. But those older pictures where I could comment on, I added a link to this site.
I doubt she’s registered with the food standards agency either.

Still not received my order from last July (I have sent numerous emails). They are now advertising in February's BBC Good Food magazine (obviously hoping for Easter orders which will no doubt not be delivered) - I have alerted Good Food via Twitter and they are following it up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as everybody else. Money taken.. email reporting item shipped.. No goods received and no response to emails.
If anyone knows of either the owners name, company address or contact phone number, can I suggest that it is posted here for victims to follow up on..
Another option would be to report to the police fraud website as they will follow up. Search for Actionfraud

No Comms, no product.
