Terrible experience – unexpected €300 charge for a bag
I tried to add a checked bag during the booking process, but the martiGO website didn’t allow me to complete the payment. Later, their support team told me I could only add one 23kg bag for €294 — almost the price of another ticket on my €500 flight!
This is completely unreasonable and feels like a hidden fee. If the system doesn’t let customers buy baggage during booking, we shouldn’t be penalized afterwards with such an outrageous cost.
Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t book with martiGO again.

They offer a cheaper price than other OTAs, but after you book, they contact you saying the price has increased just while you were booking and asking for additional payment. It's a scam.

MartiGO called us at 2:00 AM
MartiGO called us at 2:00 AM regarding a booking issue. While the call was legitimate and related to an actual travel booking, calling customers at 2 AM is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Regardless of system glitches or booking problems, there is no justification for contacting customers in the middle of the night. This caused significant alarm and stress, as receiving calls at such hours typically indicates emergencies or scam attempts.
MartiGO needs to implement proper boundaries for customer service hours and respect that customers have reasonable expectations about when they can be contacted. A travel booking issue can wait until normal business hours.

Easy refund process
Flight was confirmed quickly after booking. The airline then cancelled one leg of the flight, and martiGO refunded the full amount within a couple of days without hassle. I would book again when given the option.
