I called in because I made a mistake on my reservation and spoke with Mark who was AMAZING. He was able to correct my information. He also reverified my booking confirmation to make sure everything was correct and he was also very kind. Great customer service!

Issue Resolved Thanks to Excellent Customer Support

They provide incorrect information about flights, and when I reached out to support, they kept repeating that they had contacted the airline and merely apologized for the mistake. I ended up paying more because of the wrong information they displayed.
When I purchased the ticket, the return flight baggage allowance was clearly shown as 25kg, which is why I chose Martigo over the airline’s website—even though it was cheaper there—to get the extra baggage allowance.

I recently purchased a flight ticket and downloaded the MartiGO app, hoping to easily manage my booking. However, I couldn’t find my flight details in the app, which made the whole experience frustrating and concerning. At one point, I even thought it might be a scam. I ended up having to email customer service to request my PDF tickets. Thankfully, I did receive them, but the whole process was unnecessarily difficult. The app is not user-friendly and feels outdated, which makes it seem unreliable. Overall, I would not recommend using the MartiGO app for managing your flight bookings.

Customer service - a painful process

I booked a flight for two people Zurich-Cairo. In the martiGO system, I can't make a seat reservation, so I asked via customer service. First the rep denied the service, on my insisting (and payment) she booked only one, then on my insisting again, she sends me a payment link valid for one hour at 22:30h Sunday night. So having booked the flight two weeks ago, I had no ticket and no information.
Update: after 2 weeks of back and forth, other client service reps clarified the booking and sent me the reservations, plus contacted me by phone
