A Difficult Sale that ended Well thanks to Martin & Pole
My husband and I used Martin & Pole October 2017. Joe Gregory bought 5 potential buyers to us at the first opportunity, each one with no chain! Two buyers offered immediately.
There were a few extra legal issues which had to be sorted which delayed and caused stress to both parties. Joe managed this with ease, he helped us through a tough time and worked tirelessly to find a solution.
Our first buyer withdrew at the last minute, within 24 hours we had another buyer. The opposing solicitors were very slow, I was not very patient, however, Joe immediately responded to each of my enquiries immediately and helped to bring about the final sale. Joe was very honest and fair to both parties, I would strongly recommend Martin & Pole to anyone.

Highly recommend
Joe and the team at Martin and Pole were very professional, they sold my house within weeks of putting it on the market at a really good price. The communication between accepting an offer and completion was excellent. I would highly recommend using them if you're thinking of selling.
