First time using Marvel Property Solutions. The engineer was polite, thorough, and took the trouble to explain what he was doing. He was additionally helpful in offering information about another appliance indirectly related to the boiler, central heating and gas check he was there to service.
All online completion paperwork was received within hours of the engineer leaving.

I called for an Engineer on Friday afternoon, to plumb in my new washing machine, and one turned up on time Saturday morning. He did an amazing job. He even prepared the under sink shelving to fit the U bend piping.

Excellent service! The engineer got to the root of the problem within minutes of arriving at my property, he came up with a solution that no-one had thought of before and 2 days later the plumber came round and carried out the work. It took 2 hours and the problem was completely fixed!
I can't recommend Marvel enough, their overall quality of service was impressive - from answering calls, responding to questions and having enthusiastic and skilled plumbers on hand. I will be using them again for any future plumbing work that I need.

The engineers I have met from Marvel are punctual, courteous and always ready to tell me about the work they are doing. The admin team respond quickly to any inquiry or comment I have made.

I had a diagnostic visit charged at £85 - vat was added but not advised at time. I knew the problem and wanted to know if they could fix it. All he did was send off email to see if they had special part and to follow up. I have heard nothing from them about the problem except a reminder to pay invoice for, quite frankly, no work at all. I won't be using or recommending this company again.

Marvel's plumbers were very good - well prepared and thorough. They reviewed the situation and I completely trusted that they were going to do the right thing for me and solve my problems. They were quick. On the first visit they identified the need for special parts to be ordered. Unfortunately they also bought the wrong valves after quick look not noticing at first that special ones were needed. Second visit fixed everything!
I found the office to be a little less responsive - I had to chase for information on the parts.

Marvel is now my go-to for plumbing issues. They are efficient, transparent, helpful, considerate and competitively priced.
