Scam scam scam

As with many others, my advice is DO NOT ORDER from this company. The shoes I ordered were advertised as leather, the smell of plastic is over powering. Not even the design I ordered, took 2 weeks to arrive, no shoe box, just wrapped in plastic and put in a bag! This website is definitely a scam!!!

Terrible service

Terrible service – avoid this company!
I placed an order and it took 14 days to arrive, which is far too long. When I decided to return the item, I followed all the correct steps and emailed THREE times requesting a returns label — and have received no response at all.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m now stuck with an item I don’t want and no way to return it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They’re quick to take your money but completely ignore you when there’s an issue.

Worst

It took two weeks for my order to arrive, with little updates on where it was. When it did arrive, the jacket I ordered look nothing like what they had in the advertised. The quality is absolutely terrible. Please don’t buy from them it’s a scam

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever bought clothes from. The items were extremely poor quality and nothing like they looked on the website. Trying to return my items was almost impossible. They offered me a 15% refund and I can keep the clothes and gift them to someone else, I would not give these clothes to the charity shop they were that awful. . Do not order from this site it is a scam. The clothes are meant to be high-end the clothes I received look like they came from SHEIN and we wouldn’t even pay £2.50 for.

Worst Communication

I recently purchased top from maryjane fashion and now after 15 days i am still waiting for my item. Communication is so as they even dont know how to tackle with customer. They provided me with false tracking no and despite of repeated e-mails they were unable to inform me regarding my order.
My personal advice is to not to use them.
