Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I purchased three storage boxes from them through Tesco Marketplace and they sent the wrong model. I then tried to contact them via every email address I could find and by phone, with no reply. I then contacted Tesco and they sent me a returns label, so I duly sent the items back. However, there was then no refund and about a week later a delivery from them arrives with one storage box of the same wrong type as then sent me originally! Crooked, inept, or possibly both.
