Terrible customer service.
Poor quality bag.
The zipper on my bag broke after just two weeks, and I asked for a replacement. I’ve been fighting for 3 months to get it. This week, they sent me a video on how to “fix” the zipper…
In short, avoid at all costs. It’s a disgrace.
Buy a Zara bag… it’s more durable.

The bag itself doesn’t have any lining and is poor quality.
The bag then broke within a month of using and the customer service was terrible, hard to get a reply and then became argumentative.
They referenced the fact they’d emailed me about a defect in the manufacturing process. An email to which I had replied 3 times asking for more information with no reply from them.
They then had the audacity to send me a screenshot of this email….. to prove what? They didn’t reply to me!
They suggested I took the bag to a cobbler and that they’d paid for the repair. Ok.
(Thanks for the £7 refund lol, but I’d rather a better quality bag thanks xx)
Also they reminded me that this happened to another girl and she was fine with getting it repaired, so it seems like this is just how they operate.
The cobbler I used to fix it as advised, used glue etc the bag is basically ruined looks terrible. And all the customer service team could say was sorry and that they hope it doesn’t break again.
0 consideration for the fact that they are expecting their consumers to spend their time researching and taking their bags to be mended . The bag broke whilst i was on holiday - which meant i had no usable hand bag.
Waste of time, waste of money. Must be spending all their money on the heaps of instagram ads they run and not actually the products.
I wish I could leave 0 stars - badly made bags, & non existent customer service. Do not buy from this brand, absolute waste of money the bag broke straight away.
It's not worth it.
They sent me the wrong bag, after 1 week of telling me that they will come to get the bag and bring me the corrrect one, they still haven't done it. I feel like they do not take it serious. Customer's time and money are important, not just having a good feed on instagram.
Customer service worse than the most terrible chinese companies.
My bag’s chain broke in 3 places in the first week of it’s use. I requested the leather + metal links to be replaced, took me 10 emails, and them 5 months to actually send them to me.
Now i got import taxed 30 chf for the missing parts which i want as a refund from them, but again they don’t answer my emails and they are gone.
Would give 0 stars if i could. I am so mad at them.
I purchased the “CH STEEL” chain bag and absolutely love its design. The aesthetics are stunning, but it’s important to note that the bag is quite heavy. Because of this, the connection loops tend to bend and open, causing the bag to come apart. While they do provide a few extra loops, you need to check and close them after each use. I requested additional loops, which they sent, but the process took about a month and was a bit tedious.
I couldn’t find any reviews addressing the weight or issues with this bag, so I wanted to share my experience.
But overall very satisfied and unique designs :)
