The product is great indeed. And the whole service was smooth and fast.

I have placed an order, and it as not arrived yet, and they do not response to my emails.
I have gone through multiple reviews and it looks like they are a scam as we are all facing the same issue.

My order was never shipped after payment. 2 months and no response after many e-mails for cancellation of the order. Beware of this scam!

I ordered 19mm spring bars but received bigger ones that does not fit in the watch. I tried to reach them through email several times to ask for an exchange with the correct sized ones without response.

After order and payment, there’s no update…it was 1 month ago, Still nothing!
Wrote emails, nothing again.
My money is gone unfortunately, and no watch strap…

I still haven't had my delivery.
& No one has got back to me.
There's no information on tracking.
I ordered this product a month ago

I ordered an item from Japan 5 days ago,it arrive in 5 days

Woooow it's arrived. It's the 11th of may. Over 6 weeks

Everything good.

The product was as described, but they also sent me a tool to change the strap and extra pins!
I'm super happy with my purchase.

I emailed them on three occasions to change .y order . The first time was only two hours after placing the order .I also tried to ring them on five or six times regarding my order but to no avail .

The order was delivered late. Communication with Masar is poor, they did not provide any information. There was no possibility to track the shipment, at least mine...

Ages to ship and arrive

Bought two watches and they arrived on time. Both fitted right and were of great quality, I would buy from them again.

I placed an order on 2 February 2026, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The payment was taken from my credit card immediately, yet no products have been delivered to this day. Since placing the order, I have tried to contact customer support multiple times — via online chat and four times by email — and I have received no response whatsoever.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my previous order with this shop went smoothly. This time, however, the situation is the complete opposite: I have no products, no communication, and my money has already been taken.

At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and very concerned about whether I will receive either my order or a refund. I cannot recommend this shop based on this experience.

Update: I contacted Revolut and submitted a dispute about this payment. They credited the full amount back to me within a few hours and reclaimed the funds from Masar.

I placed an order for a repair kit on January 28. It is now February 26.

I have received:

-no shipping confirmation
-no tracking number
-no delivery
-no reply to multiple emails
-no response via their on-site chat

My card was charged immediately. After that, complete silence.

At this point, I can't even confirm whether:

-the item was ever in stock
-the order was ever processed
-the business is operational
-or if this site is simply just collecting payments and disappearing

Delays happen. International shipping takes time. None of that is the issue, though. Ignoring customers for 30 days after taking payment is the issue.

Legitimate businesses communicate and respond to customer inquiries - They certainly at the very least, do not go dark for a month. The total lack of communication is a massive red flag.

Until proven otherwise, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from masar-shop.com to proceed carefully or NOT AT ALL.

Buyers beware that you will more than likely be left without updates or support for extended periods of time.

(I've literally never left a review anywhere before - but this shop operates so laughably poorly, that I felt the need to write this up)

Don't buy anything from this site. They don't answer your emails, no updates on your order either.

Never recieved the item, they don't answer emails

Needed to return a product that didn't fit—there are zero instructions on how to do it, and the company doesn't reply to emails (however does send an email to provide feedback). I believe I will eventually get a response—in 2 weeks when the return window closes.
