We are currently in a dispute regarding a misunderstanding related to a charge of EUR 200.
Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, the matter has escalated to threats of legal action.

You are providing excellent service for business community.

Not good, not bad. Same company as TBAuctions, just different brand. Apparently the people are working for comission, so for an auction, if the bid doesn't meet the reserve price, the sale employees bid with you, then they approach you the next day to try to close a deal.
The declared provision 19% + 300-600 Euros services.

Here is how it works:

The seller wants to sell a machine for 5k.
A bid is made for 2k, the employee bids to higher the price. If the employee wins the auction(no sale), they approach you the next day telling you the seller wants to sell for 6k. You give them a new offer for 3k for direct sell.

What do they do? Simple. They are playing inside the 19% provision + 300 services.

They will give the seller 4000. They get 9-10% provision and tell you got it for 3500 +19% +300 services.

So the sellers gets 4000. You pay 3500 + 19% + 300 = 4465 Euros. Surplex/Maschinensucher/TBAuction takes 465 Euro.

Not an honest Auction. It's a commission-based auction.

Everything is fine, but I think it would be nice if the prices of the products sold were set within a certain range.

We are looking for individuals who believe they have been victims of unfair billing practices by Machineseeker, specifically regarding unexpected invoices and the automatic renewal of advertisements without clear consent or notification.

If you were charged by Machineseeker in a way you believe was deceptive or unauthorised, particularly concerning automatic renewals you did not agree to, we want to hear from you.

We are currently exploring the possibility of filing a class-action lawsuit to address these concerns and seek redress for affected users.

In their eyes i've made a fraude with an advertisement forwarding to another supplier. For that they charge me for 5.500 Euro's, otherwise they go to court...

I feel myself blackmailed by a criminal organization.

Fast response and the machine came in good condition, well packed, within a week from Germany to Spain.

A really bad company and service. For us member of the new fascist german AfD according to their arrogance.

2 vacuum pumps listed as new were purchased with manufacturer service documents. One pump worked fine the other would not run due to internal over temperature protection. Sold under no Warranty or Guarantee. So if you are sold a piece of kit that's not operational or fit for purpose there's no interest in coming to an amicable solution.

How can someone put more than a 1 star to this company?? Apart from the fact that they auto-renew your subscription, they also threaten you with possible actions with lawyers, if you dont pay. There is not delete my account button, so that is a way to earn one more subscription from their victims.
They do not treat you as a customer paying for a service, but more like being a mafia requesting money they do not deserve.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

Misleading sign up - thought I was signing up for 3 months but no it was for 12 months on contacting the company immediately there was no understanding from their part instead they just gave links to terms and conditions. So 12 months it was.
Machineseeker give NO notice that auto renewal will happen so locked in for another 12 months despite emails saying earlier that I didn't want 12 months to start with. Again they just blank you. Avoid this company.

Machineseeker collects good data of used machines available for resale. They have huge variety of machines from all of the applications and fields.

You can also look for a machine according to your filters like manufacturing year, cost, specifications of machines, etc.

I had a very good experience with this website. I have till now purchased 2 machines from Machineseeker. And I always recommends this website to someone who is looking for any used machine.

Everything it is expensive , even second hand machinery and steel. For me and friends around me imposible to buy something. We stoped completely our business

A very helpful and informative site. I always find the equipment I need here. All advertisements were always up to date and I always got quick responses from the seller.

I can only agree with the previous reviews.
Through a confusing site, where you only find rates after entering data (nothing wrong with that if the intention is good) and immediately afterwards you are confronted with the fact that you have entered into an agreement from their point of view.
Immediately contacted about this, initially no response and the more content you email, the more often a standard text entered by people comes back in the line of "you have entered into an agreement and we expect you to pay this".

They do not respond substantively, but are quick with threatening emails.

Finally paid to get rid of the discussion.
Waste of money and as far as I'm concerned tends towards nothing more than easy money (theft in my eyes) and not offering an excellent platform to connect supply and demand.

Good with providing their service but I am getting too much newsletters
