I was assisted by a very pleasant lady by the name of Elliss Leighton (hope I can mention her by name here) - long story short, she helped me with a difficult problem relating to a car's service record, and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. I can honestly say that Elliss went above & beyond any expectations I may have had about contacting Maserati, and blew away any preconceived judgments I may have held in the process. Absolutely first class levels of courtesy, care and attention and details - all done quickly & efficiently.
