Mesh integration.. Avoid!
I went to Masika for a mesh integration in December 2023. In the space of 3 weeks she needed to 'correct' it a further 2 times after putting it in wrong, I eventually had to ask her to remove it (after approx. 3weeks) as it was causing pain along with a lot of damage to my hair and scalp.
It has taken until now to receive a refund issued through the courts after they found Masika liable for damages.
The case went to court in July 2024 and a judgement order was made against Masika after they looked through all of the evidence, they found that it was fitted without care and skill and of unsatisfactory quality.
They ordered that she pay me directly by 28th July 2024 but she again ignored this until eventually her insurance offered to pay on her behalf.
Masika was very unprofessional in handling complaints, she initially denied liability, refused a refund, ignored mediation requests and blocked me.
