The shoes are really beautiful and comfortable. And they attract compliments as well :)
However, recently the quality of the brand's shoes got much lower. My last shoes got scratches after the first evening I wore them (I was only walking in the city center and sitting in theatre and bars). The office was really caring and told me I can send the shoes back and they will try to fix them. It took around a month to fix them because they did not have the required material (though they were still selling that model online!). Just recently I found out that the lack of material is a constant problem there.
Ah, and after I got my shoes they again got some scratches during the first days of wearing. Just on a different material then they firstly did (shoes are in two colours).
So if you order here, you will get really beautiful shoes but you may face too many problems (a long wait, questionable quality), considering the price. Prepare to be extremely patient.

Personal approach when I needed shoes of different size that they had. The shoes were quickly adjusted and now I feel in heaven when wearing them :) very comfy, fit my feet perfectly! And so nice, too! Very stylish for me to feel exceptional.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is that I had to repeat the address for shoes to be sent to even if I provided it before and they did not ask what the inner lining I’d like (there were two options). Other than that, great experience and lovely shoes!

The shoes are really great! But the experience of communication and delay was disappointing. First of all I didn’t receive any concrete answer how long takes the delay. Then I get a promise of a gift impregnator for delay. That was ok for me, but in the end when I received the shoes there was no gift or any excuse. I was waiting for 2 months. And even when I asked why I didn’t get a gift, they suggest to get a discount for another purchase. It was not ok for me, but the impregnator I don’t have still now.

Shoes are good quality and really unique look, but most of all im in love with service, they honestly care either shoes fits me, helped me and offered to fix anything that bothers me till its perfect.

Service level needs improvement - late in terms, forgets promise, no response to customer’s letter.

Best of the best!! I have 3 pairs for this moment and I am sure that this is not the end. "Nature" is my favorite. Expensive but definately worth it! Please do not stop to cheer your costumers!

I received my boots in a box that was damaged (DHL did not take a good care of my gorgeous shoes). So i was scared about my purchase.
In my good surprise the boots had no damages, i love the good quality of it, the details and also the fact that is handmade.
I am so confortable in them. I will definitly buy another shoes or 2 or 3 from maslaus.

I used to love shopping at Mas Laus at the physical store, but unfortunately, it was closed. However, my only shopping online was a disaster. I ordered lovely shoes online on the 15th of Nov. On the 1st of Dec, I was asked for patience and was promised with a gift due to delays with the order. I chased the store before Christmas. Finally, on the 30th of Dec I received my package. Only 1.5 months later after placing an order :D Now, the package was broken, there was a hole in the box. I love the shoe boxes, so that was the first disappointment. Secondly, there was no promised gift. Oh, well. Thirdly, the shoes. They looked gorgeous, but didn't fit me (even though the size was ok). I wrote to the customer support (again), they came up with an excuse for the missing gift, suggested to re-make the shoes to fit. Oh guys, sorry, I will not play with you until what, summer?, to receive the shoes I want :D Lastly, the refund. I sent the shoes back on the same day I opened the box, but received the refund on the 12th of Jan, after an angry call. Other companies arrange refunds in a blink of an eye. So, thank you for this two-months experience. Never again :D

I took a risk and ordered 4 pairs of Mas Laus shoes for the first time and at once 🫢 I've (after two weeks) allready got first of them, it's "Cupcake" and they're GORGEOUS!!! Very well made, feels comfortable at this moment. But I'm waiting for the spring for final comfortability test 🧐😎
My best regards and compliments go to customer service. Very nice, polite, quick communication. They offered to send me leather samples, so I could choose which of them I prefer most for my favourite future shoes 🥰

Rekomendacija prieš perkant batus susisiekti tiesiogiai su pardavėju dėl dydžio konsultacijos, nes pasigedau batų dydžių lentelės ne iš internetinio šaltinio, o pačio gamintojo, kadangi skirtingo modelio batai yra skirtingų dydžių (pvz. vieno modelio 40 dydis man buvo mažokas, o kitų batų 40,5 didoki).

Even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. And really comfortable.

The recommendation is to contact the seller directly before buying the shoes for a size consultation, because I missed the shoe size table, not from the online source, but from the manufacturer itself, since the shoes of different models have different sizes (for example, the 40 size of one model was a bit small for me, and the 40.5 of other shoes large).
