I had an amazing experience with Masori service! I really appreciate your help and speed. I’m a big fan of Masori!

Ordered what it supposed to be immediately available, tried to cancel 10 days later, but they didn't respond, obviously they prefer to send it to me, even if I didn't need the item anymore.
Also they supposed to sent me a gift with the sub but the sent nothing, but that was not the problem.

Bought a dsp, broke down after 1 month. Masori claimed that my guarantee didn't apply although I did nothing wrong. Had to pay my own return shipping since I dont live in Germany. Repair took over 3(!) months. Total costs 250€! Not happy with it at all. Very bad service.

Very good prices and quality of products

Whatever you do, stay away from this company. It’s been the worst experience I’ve had. Masori refuses to comply with EU consumer rights, denies refunds, and takes no responsibility for poor packaging that led to damage.

They demanded I fill out a damage report in German, even though I don’t speak the language. After weeks of back-and-forth, they told me to file a claim through a DHL.de branch, which doesn’t operate where I live (everything is handled by PostNord). When I asked for the exact address to return the damaged goods for inspection, they went non-responsive, essentially suggesting I’d need to travel to Germany for a refund or inspection.

They actually helped me submit a claim to DHL, but only after knowing the time window had passed, clearly to avoid helping me on time.

Their customer service is slow, vague, and completely unhelpful—constantly delaying and deflecting. I would strongly advise against buying from Masori—they don’t care about customer satisfaction or legal obligations.

Good service. Ordered twice now, first one was a little slow, 2nd order arrived within 3 days to the Netherlands.

Great selection and very fair prices! A 2-day delivery time to Denmark is almost faster than Danish webshops can manage! Highly recommended !

Ordered a bunch of speakers and amps from Masori.de, and honestly, I’m impressed. The selection is massive—whether you’re into sound quality or SPL, cheap builds or high-end setups, they’ve got it all. The website is well-organized with solid filtering options, so finding exactly what you need is easy.

They don’t just have speakers and amps—whatever you need to install car audio, they’ve got it. Deadening, RCA cables, power cables, speaker wires, you name it. They also carry brands like Deaf Bonce, which are hard to find elsewhere.

Customer service is on point. I emailed them about my order, and they hooked me up with a discount on both the gear and shipping. Shipping was also way faster than I expected. Prices are already some of the best around, and with their frequent discounts, it’s even better. No complaints—highly recommend.

Absolute garbage. They wont ship your parcel until you contact them, then they use the cheapest delivery company possible.

Then the fees on import are more than the VAT

Faulty item with missing parts has been sent back, 12 days have passed and haven't heard a thing. I haven't been told if I'm receiving a replacement or a refund.

I ordered a pair of speakers and found out they did not fit into my car. Not even installed them so i contacted back and followed procedure to return the goods.
DHL has confirmed me they received goods. Since then SILENCE. NO MONEY BACK . NOTHING.

Just forwarded all info by mail but is hilarious when it comes to receive negative opinion how they hide behind excuses.

One month waiting for my parcel.
DHL told me that the parcel is broken son they are not going to deliver it.
I have contact with Masori and the only say that DHL is very busy and I have to wait for the delivery.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM MASORI GIVING ME 30€ IF I EREASE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!

Oh boy where do I begin, live-chat which I consider standard or phone communication is non-existent, still communicate through emails (And those get a response 1-3 days later), prices during "discounts" throughout the year are mostly a-okay. I put discounts in quotation marks since the "sales" are not really sales, they change the prices higher, then scratch them off with a line and insert a price HIGHER than when it wasn't on sale.

ATTENTION! They do not follow EU Law, you as a consumer should know your rights, the EU offers 2 years of FREE warranty, 12 of those months are No questions asked, if the product is damaged for any reason you get free shipping back to the company and a free REPLACEMENT (As of Article 14 a repair is only allowed when the product is non-existent).

Be harsh to them if you have any issues with products and don't hold back, almost had one of the two Dayton MX12 subwoofers scammed off of me, had issues with a voice coil while being brand new and they asked me to pay for the shipping back to them and wait for their repair center to give me an answer on if it's a user issue or not, how can I as a consumer trust you handling a subwoofer and you not doing damage yourself to cover your reputation?

Always pay with PayPal with them since they got me covered and I also got a new subwoofer, AND emailed the damaged one back free of charge, I'd say purchase at your own risk. I'll stick with local B2B businesses and MT.

I am very happy that the Masori online store cares a lot about the quality of the products, the products are original and not made in China. I have had many experiences with the kind of products from China, for those who are not passionate, I certainly know the level of quality. I have something to complain about, yes, some products have a longer waiting time, but it's understandable why.. for an original product, I think it was worth waiting for. Thank you Masori

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to try my luck and place an order with PayPal, as the subwoofer I was after was very keenly priced.

Order took about a week to process, before it was dispatched via DHL, and received about a week later. Had a customs charge to pay, but this was expected as the price did not include VAT.

Support was always quick to answer my emails and the subwoofer was brand new, sealed and genuine without any issue. Many thanks!
