Terrible quality and photoshopped advertising. Shirts are ill fitting. Avoid!

never received item purchased, now appears Masorini are not repling to any of my correspondence

I purchased DEO BLACK AND GOLD sunglasses order number ML 1340, paid on line, several weeks ago, when I inquired as to delivery date, no response other than an e mailed saying CONFIRMED? Cant get them on the phone. I believe at this point, that I will never receive my sunglasses and Masorini has kept my money, very sad, as this did not have to happen.

i purchased one item from them (lucky) a shirt . on site they wrote cotton and pollyester

item came after nearly two months and was 100% polly!!!

they have a return policy witch basically says you will have to pay a lot of money to return the item and will take long time so just take 75% from what you paid and take it as coupon to buy something else/

went for it ///been a month and ten days still did not get tracking number !!!

My sunglasses were coming a long way to NZ. Masorini kept me informed and reassured me of the transit process. I was greeted ahead of time with a pair of stylish glasses. A case of under promising and over delivering. Very satisfied customer who will use their services again. Thank you John

Purchased items 15 May 2020
Received 1 pair of shoes in one delivery.
Received 3 shirts in another delivery.
1 pair of shoes still not received 45 days later. Emailed Masorini and replies come back unhelpful. Tracker doesn't work. Excuses about COVID-19 causing delays. Not sure how when first deliveries arrived in 20 days.
Customer service is non existent.
Disappointing especially knowing I need to exchange for a larger size shoes.

Be warned

Recently made a purchase of a sweater. Currently the website is blocking my access so I can't get the tracking number despite being 2 months after my order. Already raised a ticket to their support team but still haven't gotten an answer.

Good store and easy to use. Hope the products are just as awesome!

I can't give them a 5 star review yet, since I haven't recieved the glasses I ordered but the product looks neat, sleek and fresh. I very much look forward to recieve my parcel
