They offer excellent ideas for specific models. Once decided they are “faster than a speeding bullet” as the old saying goes.
My Tokyo born wife needed one to fit her size and we got one that fits her and me.
I wanted one made in Japan because we have had very good luck with Japanese massage chairs over many years. The 5 year warranty is assuring. This was a substantial purchase but we think it is a good value over a long time.

Great chair, great service and delivery. Like it better than my last $12,000 chair.

I have called twice, and sent several emails regarding not having received the parts for my laptop accesories. I do not have the 4 stops to keep my laptop from sliding off, and I do not have the clip for the charging cable to keep it out of my way.

The last time I called, the gentleman ASSURED me that the parts would be in the mail that same day. But at least 2 weeks later I have still not received them.

I bought this chair for my previous house and felt very good about ordering another (havinglost the forst one in a fire). But they have had to return once to put the pad on the chair the CORRECT way, and stilll the drivers did not leave these parts.

This chair was at my dentist office and I loved it so much I ordered it while still at the dentist! My husband and I love this chair so much, we use it every dat.

Difficult to buy something you cannot sit in and experiment. Based on the excellent support and feedback I decided to trust their expertise and guidance. Chair arrived two weeks after order, installation was handled with care and the chair has been fantastic!

Ordering, financing and the chair were easy to use and the timing was great. The White Glove service was not as good as expected. The scheduler called for next day delivery between 11 am and 3 pm. When no one showed I contacted the person that set up the appointment at 4:30 pm. He had to contact the driver to see what was going on. They determined that the delivery should happen around 7 pm. The truck arrived at 7:30 pm the two guys did not know how to take an arm off to get it through the 29" doorway. It was just lacking about a half inch of going through the door. After they struggled for about 30 minutes I suggested putting a blanket on each side so not to mar the sides. It slid right through, they placed it where we requested and they left about 9 pm. UPDATE I received a personal call and follow-up with an email. I appreciate the attention of them contacting the delivery company supervisor so that this doesn't hopefully happen to other customers.

The whole experience was great, from the sale to delivery.

Equally important, they offered competitive pricing, guaranteeing an all-in cost including shipping and white-glove delivery. There were some minor delays with shipping, but they followed up and updated me daily. Our DCore 2 massage chair was delivered today by a nationally renowned relocation company, and set up efficiently and with care by a couple of very experienced movers. We couldn’t be happier, and Massage Chair Heaven followed up to the end. Thank you!

A little background first. At 76 yo, I've had three herniated disks (two lumbar, one cervical, 1994, 2006, 2013); fortunately, conservative treatment (chiropractic, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture) got me back running, skiing, etc., within a few to 6 months (most fortunately). For the last 19 years, I've had at least monthly Chinese/Oriental massage treatments.

In buying the massage chair, my hopes were to help get me from month to month massage (and every other month chiropractic adjustments). I find using the massage chair once daily (occasionally twice a day) has resulted in much great flexibility in my back. After almost four month using the massage chair, I am able to reduce my other therapeutic treatments. While at the same time having much better day-to-day flexibility and greater enjoyment of outdoor (and indoor) activities.

Great customer service. Told me all the good points of the chair and made sure I knew it was a deep massage chair and what that entailed. Very nice people to work with.

Yunior the owner was very attentive and immediately responsive. He made special arrangements for me to be able to experience multiple chairs during my off hours visit as I had to travel from out of town.
The store had an excellent selection of multiple brands and only quality chairs.
Yunior was very knowledgeable on all aspects of each and every chair.
I never felt any pressure to buy and felt the sales experience was exceptional
He was available for an early Saturday morning after sale call for an unexpected issue which he was able to easily resolve over the phone.

The experience was okay. The hard part is picking a chair blindly and then being pressured to purchase when you are not sure. Also the delivery company damaged a tree in my driveway and no one ever followed up.

Excellent customer service.

While I really don’t like writing a bad review, I was very upset with the issues previously noted. However, as soon as it got to the right people at Massage Chair Heaven, there follow-up was nothing short of excellent! Sophie in customer service was great and even the owner himself emailed me. Once they were aware of the issues, they stepped up and have things in motion to give us a new chair. I am happy to say we are quite satisfied and highly impressed how they turned a bad experience into a good one. They stuck to their word and showed why they are successful. I am happy to say after this experience I would have no hesitation buying from them again. Thank you Sophie and Yunior! You clearly showed how important customer service is to you!

Placing my order was easy. The chair arrived quickly and was well packaged. I ordered white glove delivery because I needed the chair up one flight of stairs. The two young men did a fantastic job navigating a U-shaped stairway. I had a question about chair operation and called Massage Chair Heaven. They were very pleasant and helpful.
