Horrible Customer Service!

They are entirely too robotic, horrible customer service, unable to deliver timely and the delivery team that delivered our chair had never installed a massage chair. Massage Chair Warehouse was hands off immediately after the sale, I had to contact Osaki Corporate several times to get delivery of the chair and I am still waiting on the cleaner, the pad and the dust cover. Since the customer service was so bad, I have not yet focused on the chair. Not much more to say—not recommended.
