Terrible eperience with scheduling and cancellation
Terrible experience regarding scheduling massages, cancellation and transparency about cancelling membership and especially an add on member to an account. Ie: not the primary member the membership was under. Was told that since I wasn't the primary member I couldn't cancel my membership but the person my membership was under had to cancel. So the primary member submitted the form and we both were told that it would cancel both of us. Found out later that they kept charging her card without her knowledge. Yes, she should have checked her card regularly but she didn't and shouldn't have to when we both did everything they initially said to do to cancel both of us. Every month when her card was charged, I would get a call telling me I had my membership dues paid for the month. That would happen every month but after she cancelled that didn't happen but they kept charging her card. Many months later, I did get one call again telling me my dues were paid so when we both asked them about it, they said the primary member should have entered my name on the cancellation form (even though there was no space for another name) or complete another cancellation on me even though we both separately were not told that. Again, when I tried to cancel my membership months prior, they wouldn't let me cancel my membership because I wasn't the primary member. They will not refund her her money but said I could get the massages that were charged. I don't want their massages, that's why we both cancelled in the first place. When I did get my appointment with the massage therapist I really liked, it was great but that didn't always happen. I would make my appointment with my therapist but I would go in for my appointment only to be told she wasn't there that day or the time was wrong multiple times so I know it wasn't my mistake every time. Started asking for a card every time or would write down the date and time on my calendar when I would call for an appointment because of the scheduling problems.
