It brings online booking, client management, encrypted SOAP notes, intake forms, Stripe payments and two-way Google Calendar sync into one tool that works on web, iPhone and Android. It's built mobile-first: smart travel-time buffers and postcode-based service areas keep a mobile diary realistic. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with a free plan to start, and it never takes commission on a booking what a client pays, the therapist keeps. You can import your existing client list from a CSV and export everything whenever you like.

Brilliant app

Brilliant app. Has everything we need and any additions that could make therapists lives easier if suggested get discussed and added. Paul has been very helpful from the start for getting set up and keeping things going along the way through the testing stage. I wouldn’t use any other booking platform.
