SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! SAME AS ALL OTHERS!! PLACED ORDER, NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL, NOW HAS CC INFO>>>>WHAT A HASSLE!!

Ordered something and never got an email nor response when I emailed them after a week of my item not being shipped and still processing... Called the customer service number and it was a telemarketer and she gave me another number to a random auto company but luckily nothing was taken off my card... SCAM!

I’m the unfortunate one what I ordered from them came out of my bank account!
I got no emails nothing first thing Monday
I will have to go to bank and close account
Open another one!

I agree with all the other comments. Placed an order and never received a tracking number. After 2 weeks of waiting, since it stated 10 business days to ship, I tried sending an email message through their site and never got a response. Now I get the 403/404 error code when trying to access the website. My CC hasn’t been charged yet but I will cancel just in case.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING THEYLL JUAT STEAL YOUR CC INFO!! ..Same issues as everyone else I placed an order never received email with information about tracking number ect haven’t seen it pull from my acct but now I’m worried cause they have my cc info!! Tried to find a customer service number when I go to the site now I get an error code 402/403 an says access is denied for the site I’m really disappointed an thought I got this item for my daughter for Xmas at a good price since it sold out on other sites only to find out it’s a BS site that now has my cc info an I can’t get the item for my daughter now since I thought I got that off my list I bought other items an I don’t have enough for that present 🤦🏻‍♀️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS BS SITE!!

The website is currently 403/404. However, if it becomes live again, STAY AWAY! This is a scam running out of Vietnam. I ordered a dollhouse for my sister and while I don't know if the transaction was run through her bank, I do know that she never received a confirmation email. When we went to check the status of the order, we found that the site was gone. Lesson learned. Always, always, always PayPal.

same as others. ordered. got a confirmation bit no follow up and the money was not taken out of my account as yet and it's been 3 weeks. called bank and stopped card

Tried to place an order the status stayed as pending. I called the customer service number it send you to some telemarketing company. Sent 3 emails still no response.

As the other reviews star, this is a FRAUDULENT site. Do NOT use. I thought I "placed an order", received a confirmation number but no confirmation email or tracking info. I sent 3 emails and called the number which is a telemarketing company and NOT Masslee. I just cancelled my debit card.

The phone number is a telemarketing firm. and the Security in it is not in English and Copied over and over. Do not trust your CC with this website.

Would be a zero star if possible. Same concern as others, placed my order, no confirmation email sent, sent email to customer service, no response. Cancel my Amex card. Beware!

Made a purchase and never received a confirmation. The phone number doesn't work and leads to a telemarketer. No one is answerkng their support email. There are typos and language written in Latin. They have my credit card information

Very suspicious! I placed an order and got no email confirmation. I called their number and it was fraudulent! Now they have my credit card information. BEWARE!

THIS WEBSITE SEEMS SUSPICIOUS. I MADE A PURCHASE ON 12/1/19. I NEVER RECEIVED CONFIRMATION EMAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TURNED OUT TO BE SOME OTHER COMPANY. PRACTICALLY ALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TERMS IS WRITTEN IN LATIN. I ALSO SEEN A FEW TYPOS. MANY RED FLAGS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE FOR NOW. I WILL POST IF ANY UPDATES ARISE.
