The website masterboard.ai—and any other investment links tied to him—is owned and fully operated by an individual that goes by Roble Regal, a 33-year-old Somali-Canadian who has been previously flagged by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He relies heavily on impersonation tactics. The SEC officially issued a public alert warning that his previous corporate platform was impersonating a completely unrelated, legally registered US firm (Regulus Financial Group LLC) to appear legitimate.He has now rebranded his operations under new domains to target victims across the UK, UAE, USA, and Australia. He is actively trying to exploit the reputation of a well-established, completely legitimate Australian hedge fund called Regal Funds Management by calling his operation Regal Investments and using paid press releases to deceive investors. Please stay far away from masterboard.ai.
