Late Shipping, no response to emails

Would not use again. Any company that takes your money, does not update your order status for more than a week and does not respond to emails should not get your money. I also chose to shop there due to their black friday/cyber monday offer of getting a free cube bag. I did not get this even though it was on my order... avoid

Delivery took over 1 month

We placed an order on 27/11/24 for an important Christmas gift. Unfortunately the postage came through the UK and took over 1 month to arrive, missing the Christmas Eve deadline. We received no notice from British customs to say the parcel was delayed. Communication was responsive from MasterCube advising us the parcel was stuck in the UK. If there is a deadline and likelyhood of busy postage time, you will need to give plenty of time for delivery.

Great experience

Great selection of cubes, great prices compared to other stores, and even more savings during the Black Friday sale.
I was a bit unsure if the website was legit at first, as there were no reviews on any of the cubes, and the prices seemed too good to be true. But after some research, I found these good reviews on trustpilot. I ordered my cubes on Friday, they received the order the next Monday, it arrived in Ireland on Friday, and arrived to my house on Monday. Very quick delivery compared to other cube stores, only 6 working days. The team at Mastercubestore seemed kind, and answered my question I emailed them quickly, and even offered to extend the Black Friday sale for me. I had a great experience, and highly recommend this site to others.

I am not satisfied with this…bad experience

I am not satisfied with this experience. Yes, there are some positives. I contacted the company to change the delivery address and the change was made. But there are negatives. Communication is very slow and the response is very late. I ordered two orders on November 12th, one arrived and the other has not arrived yet. I contacted the company and there was no response.
I write this after you reply to me. When I traveled and did not receive the order, I informed you via email that I could not receive the order and wanted to change the address. When I tracked the order and it appeared that the order had been delivered and I was not at the address to receive it, I immediately sent you an email asking how the order had been delivered and I was not at the address so that you could know the problem and solve it, but unfortunately you did not respond to my email like the rest of my emails. Now it is your responsibility because I did not sign for receipt of any order and I did not receive the order, so how was it delivered to someone else.

I'm sorry that you feel you've had a bad experience with our customer service.

Unfortunately, I can see that we sent both packages to the correct and provided address, which was a hotel. I would never recommend ordering packages to a short-term stay, as the carrier may experience delays or other difficulties.

I can see that the first package was sent to and picked up in Hanover. The second order was re-sent to an address in Austria, as per your request, and was picked up there.

worst shopping experience of my life

I ordered almost 2 months ago now and it never arrived. I keep being in the middle between my countries postal service that genuinely wants to help me and this companies genuinely horrible customer service that answers with the shortest, unprofessional and blame-shifting answers ever. I am unable to request an investigation as a third party and this company doesn't want to help me and has even ghosted my attempt at reaching out to them for over two weeks until I sent yet another message. They have not yet offered any refunds, compensation for this 100+ euro order and when I asked, they ignored my question about it and simply told me it's PostNL's fault. I am so tired and so stressed because of them. Please never order if you want to keep your sanity
