We gave two blankets for dry cleaning. Together this cost us £50. They were returned to us in exactly the same state in which we had given them. Very disappointed in the service, lost a customer.

I needed a zipper pull replaced on my suitcase since customs cut it off to open the suitcase. So I needed a new one in order to close both pulls and lock them together. Pretty quickly, I got a new zipper pull alright. I can now lock the two zipper pulls together when both sides of the zipper are OPEN. Genius. The suitcase is now even more useless than before. They made me pay £5 for this display of brilliance.

I have been using Master Dry Cleaners on a weekly basis for nearly a year - after using a number of specialist laundry companies who pick up and drop off to your home (and lose half your wardrobe in the process...), I decided to use Master Dry Cleaners and have never looked back. They are reliable, honest and provide a fantastic laundry service - everything comes back pristine. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you Master Dry Cleaners!

Very friendly and professional shop of dry cleaning in my area so far.Had tried few others but i can surely say this one my better experience.I accidentally got bad stain on my winter coat so had to rush to shop to be honest they are life savers.
And tried them for my son school shoes outer sole fixing well fixed job done.

Perfect service. Would recommend to anyone and reasonably priced! Tailoring always comes back perfectly and dry cleaning gets out stains I didn’t think think were possible. Thank you!

An excellent dry cleaning, laundering & repair business. I have all my sheets laundered here and they are always beautifully cleaned & crisp to a high standard. Their dry cleaning service is meticulous, the garments are thoroughly cleaned & returned in a pristine state. I have only once used the repair service to have a pair of shoes re soled and was happy with the quality of the work. The service is fast & efficient & the shop is clean, tidy & well organised.

Furqan and his team have been a life saver to me and my family. After having a big leak to attend to alongside two small children and a full time job, I couldn’t have wished for or found better service from his team! They came, picked everything up and got it all back to normal in a weeks time. I also used to work at a dry cleaners and based on the job they returned with, I was happy to see that they hadn’t overly used any chemical products. I use them on a weekly basis and they also help us to clean curtains and sofa stains from the tiny fingers we have at home!

The best drycleaners in my area. Been trying many drycleaners but masterclean is the best with cleaning stain removing , designer and traditional clothes specialists as well as trainers cleaning and tailoring. All sorted in one place conveniently.
They provide free collection and delivery as well.

Terrible service. No communication. I called ahead to have my blinds cleaned. On arrival they did not inform me that there was another company a few doors down (189 Haverstock Hill) called The Master Cleaners, who were actually the people that I had spoken too!

This company is a scam!! They scammed me into leaving my blinds with them and they refused to give me a price for over 24hours meaning that I no longer had time to take them to the place I initially wanted to take them too.

I let them clean my blinds, but upon hanging them I realised they were damaged and no clean! I took photos and sent them to them and no one even got back to me. I had to chase them to acknowledge my complaint. They then proceeded to say that I damaged my own blinds!! Like come on!!

They were very rude and basically tried to brush me off. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!
