cure depression

After the death of my husband I was severely depressed for over a year. From a recommendation from a friend, I went to see a clinical hypnotherapist. It took courage and the conscious effort of going to the sessions but after 4-5 sessions I saw a significant improvement in my overall well-being. I was also given a self-hypnosis CD to use for relaxation every day.

Got hypnotherapy audio, really helpful..

By nature I am an emotional person and I think it has left me with a morbid sentimentality. I usually remained depressed and suffered from anxiety most of the time, and struggled for years to break this mental block. I tried professional counselling and read books about that, but most of them were more or less similar. Perhaps they work well with others but just not with my psyche. I have been listening to masterofyourmind for the last few weeks, and I feel really good about that. I always fall asleep (or sort of trance) while listening to the CD, and I’ve noticed a change in my attitude when I am totally in my normal/ordinary state of mind.
