Paid deposit, no delivery, no refund

Orioled HUB entered into a contract with MasterPrint Jelöléstechnika Kft (Hungary) in 2022 and paid a 30% advance for industrial equipment.

The production process was significantly delayed, and during this time we were repeatedly asked to provide additional financing.

Ultimately, the equipment was never delivered.

After requesting a refund, the company refused and referred to the contract, stating that termination is only possible through legal proceedings.

The case has been ongoing since 2022. Following unsuccessful negotiations, we have initiated a European Order for Payment procedure in Hungary (case reference: 11024/N/27/2026).

We recommend exercising caution when entering into contracts with this company.
