Master Private Finance were recommended to us by friends and we worked with Darryl who was a great help in sorting out our finance in a short period of time. When he had annual leave for a few days, his colleague Shannon was extremely helpful and it felt like the whole team was on board with our quick turn-around. Although the experience was challenging at times due to the amount of paperwork and the change of interest rate due to government changes in the economy at short notice. Dan my consultant supported me all the way through, Dan was always very polite and friendly and made himself available to discuss my application and to explain the change of rates when my product was suddenly withdrawn. I am a great believer in complaining when a service is bad but equally highlighting when it is well executed buy positive and geniuing staff like Dan. I didn't feel pressured to carry on and I was able to make the decision to proceed with all the information i needed and with all the facts. I have never borrowed in this way before so it felt nice to deal with a person not a computer or to be told its all online. Thank you to everyone in particular Daniel at Master Private Finance for still having that human touch which is often missing these days in business.
