The floating shelves are well-made and beautiful to look at. The staff checked in with me to make sure my various orders arrived on time because they knew we were on a tight schedule: and this was considerate of them.

Very Efficient service. Shelves were a perfect match and delivery was good.

I so much prefer to write postive reviews than the alternative. I placed the order, and a few days later it arrived as expected, with clear communicaitons from the delivery company. I fitted the shelves yesterday, and am really pleased with the quality. Only wished i orderded a third shelf to match the other two, but dont fancy paying another £7 for P&P !
If Mastershelf can help with the P&P fee, i would be most delighted to order another one! Many thanks anyway.

Amazing , in fact the best customer service I have received since everybody has gone on line during the pandemic . They actually talk on the phone!! Absolutely recommend. Nice quality shelves and very easy to put together . I did it on my own

Purchased floating shelf bolts to be used on work top off cuts to form shelves in new en-suite. These make the room. In fairness have to mention that my fitter reversed the recommended technique ie more bolt is in the wall than in the shelf because the material is so heavy and he used a resin rather than a raw plug. Pleased I used Mastershelf.

I ordered 2 small floating shelves via Etsy, delivery was extremely fast and the packaging was excellent. The item itself was as described and of very good quality. The shelves have been put up and they look great. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

I was looking for a mahogany shelf for above my tv I purchased it online.
I received an email the next day apologising since they did not have the mahogany shelf in stock but offered alternativeswhich I choose from. Received it a couple o days later. Efficient prompt service. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Initially received the wrong parts but the mark of a good company is how quickly they put the error right, after contacting Mastershelf the correct parts were shipped immediately and I received them the next day.

No problems, good service, quick delivery and all goods well and secure packed, nothing missing. The driver helped me to carry some of the boxes to my home so 10 out of 10.

Can’t fault my Boon bookcase - I got the 6x3 one, took about an hour to assemble, all the parts were present and correct, and it looks great. I’m going to get an identical one for the other side of the room. By the way, if you want to store records, this is the perfect size.

All round great service. Order one evening a couple if glass shelves and the waĺl brackets. Got a call early next day explaining I had ordered the wrong brackets for the shelves I wanted. Got the brackets swapped out and the shelves were delivered on schedule. Great service. Would sefo buy from again.
