Brilliant online shopping service.

The items I ordered arrived really quickly and were perfect. I’ve always found Matalan provides an excellent service and good quality goods, I’ve never had to return anything, in all the years I’ve been ordering online. Brilliant.

Easy to order on line

I ordered on line .. when I went to pick up ( once I was notified) I went to try the items in ( 2 top I had ordered in 2 sizes ) I handed back the one I didn’t want .. easy to do no hassle ..

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Got an email to say my order had been dispatched to then wait 14days to find out where my order was, to be told that "its been lost in transit".! Apparently theyre was nothing they could do. If i hadnt contacted them myself maybe i wouldnt have even known?!
Wasnt the first time to have this happen but again thought id try again and see if theyre was any change. Clearly not.! Guys dont waste your time nor money. Now chasing my refund and all the items i had ordered have gone out of stock! Absolute joke.!!!!
