I’ve purchased frames and matboards from Matboard and More numerous times. In each case, theyhave been quick, the product expertly packed and everything sent exactly as ordered it. Very high quality!

Wonderful, beautiful end product and ability to order specific colors and dimensions online. Company extremely prompt and responsive when I needed to make changes to dimensions. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Suggest more color selections. Also, using my phone to order, I could not access all of the dimensions (i.e., 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4) off to the side; I could not get them to slide in to view in order to select.

Your website is easy to navigate and flexible when completing an order. I was able to get exactly what I needed. The item was delivered on time and it was carefully packaged to prevent any damage. I thought that the cost was also reasonable.

I loved the way the matte looked. It was delivered quickly and the price was low. I am so happy with it. The best part of my experience was that after I ordered the matte, I was asked to double check my measurements and it was recommened that I go 1/8 of an inch smaller. I was easily able to make the change, and the matte is perfect! thank you! I will definitly be using "Matbord and More," again.

I'm deeply disappointed to pen this 1-star review after my experience with Matboards and More, but it's a disservice to fellow artists to remain silent. When you're an artist preparing for an important show, every detail matters. That's why I was aghast to discover that the $484 I invested in mats and frames from Matboards and More was wasted on utterly subpar products.

Firstly, the mats provided are flimsy, to say the least. The frames were somewhat acceptable but I implore you - do NOT opt for the acrylic glass. I made the mistake of purchasing both their 'economical' and 'pricey' versions, expecting a difference in quality. I was wrong. Both were so flimsy and thin, reminiscent of the thickness of a film negative, and nowhere near durable enough to protect any cherished artwork.

And let's not even start on the wood frames, which were supposed to be 'premium'. They arrived with visible chips that I was forced to camouflage with a black magic marker. To add insult to injury, the corners weren't tightly fitted and they failed to provide any proper hanging equipment, instead supplying bendable aluminum clips, which were absolutely useless.

Now, credit where credit is due: their shipping package was superb, safe and secure. If only they spent as much time and resources on the quality of their products as they did on the packaging, I wouldn't be writing this review today.

Perhaps what stings the most is that Matboards and More appears to have capitalized on the closure of Documounts. They seem to have aggressively retargeted Documounts' customers with Google ads. But trust me, they are a far cry from the quality and customer service Documounts used to provide. I reached out for a refund and return, only to be told that these were 'custom made', and therefore not eligible for returns.

I find myself $484 poorer, forced to scramble and spend more at a local frame shop to have ready frames for my show. To add to the disappointment, I noticed that most of the 5-star reviews appear to be incentivized, calling into question their authenticity.

To sum it up, the quality is abysmal. It's a bitter pill to swallow, considering I've previously paid half the price for seven frames of far superior quality and received exceptional customer service with Documounts. I truly miss Documounts and wish they were still in business. Fellow artists, consider this a warning about Matboards and More – steer clear for your own good!
