Quality & Creativity is key

I discovered this company by accident as I was with another company previously but once I learned that Match&Co had the European stamp of quality I switched it immediately, they are constantly blushing the creative boundary on flavours and teas etc..im always looking at what new ..it's great and the match is of a high quality..very happy and glad I switch off coffee

From them I'm sorry, but a refund does not mean a monetary reimbursement. As indicated on our website and as we have been able to show you, the refund is made in the form of a voucher that you can use on our website to order any other product.

I THINK THIS COMPANY NEED TO LOOK UP THE DEFINITION OF A REFUND. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY, WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS AND DO NOT STICK TO WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS.

Read the small print about returns as after travelling for 2 weeks or more to actually reach you, they say its a food product. Also CLEARLY STATES IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEY WILL REFUND. Nope!! They issue a voucher for a product that is inferior! Not bright green at all...DO NOT BUY

I placed my order in May. I have chased 3 times and in the first reply - they said to chase the carrier. But looking on the tracking it says Royal Mail tracked - no sign
The replies weren’t helpful at all. I have just reported to my bank

I had the most misleading experience…

I had the most misleading experience where it was advertised that orders can be returnded. Now they dont allow me to return an unopend order after I chased for a return label several times. It feels like a scam and the matcha is undrinkable. I now have a credit which i will not use and an unopend box I am not allowed to return. I fell for the scam and wasted money. The customer service is unfriendly. Going back to my favourite matcha.

Another scam company!
I like to think I do my research but honestly it’s just seems like another scam.
I ordered my product at the beginning of March and we are still at the end of March and my parcel is nowhere to be seen!
I have emailed many times and the customer service is appalling!
I will go to trading standards about this company!
Please process my refund : order: 499231

DO NOT USE

Like many people on here, I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order with this company. Order placed on 3rd Jan 2025 and as of today (25th Jan) I am still waiting for it. I emailed them on the 16th Jan to which I received no response - although conveniently later that day I received an automated email saying that my order had been dispatched (how convenient hey!!). And now 8 days later I still haven’t received anything. Have sent a further email (repeating my request for a refund) but again no response so will be liaising with my bank directly to get a refund via them.

Very misleading company! AVOID.

Very misleading company. Based in Spain. You could order and receive Matcha from Japan quicker than them. Over 2 weeks no delivery. In their website says 48-72hrs for shipping which is a Lie. Whole website is a lie to fool you to represent they based in UK but that’s not the case. I won’t be ordering again.

Faulty items and awful customer services

Sent a faulty matcha cup which has a fracture line (they said it’s normal) sent a faulty matcha bamboo whisk which was much more expensive than your usual ones, yet loses bristles every single time you use it. They told me “it’s supposed to be like that” how ridiculous of course the bristles are not supposed to break off into your matcha and ruin your drink! Have ignored my second email. And their matcha has no flavour at all it’s awful. Refusing me a refund/ignoring me - AWFUL customer services AVOID at all costs!!
