We always do our best to select a quality fabric and our prices are based off the fact that we are a boutique brand and make only very limited number of pieces her style. We're not a fast fashion brand so we do believe our prices are reasonable, taking into consideration we don't mass produce anything.

We sent out a tracking email on the 10 July with the following tracking number 99707314245001000830900 Australia Post. We’ve just looked up the tracking number & your package is onboard for delivery today 22 July. We apologise about Australia Post delivery delays, however that’s something out of our hands as you selected “standard shipping”. If you do ever need an item by a particular time it’s best to select “express shipping” at checkout. We hope you love your item once it arrives today :)

Went above and beyond
Matea Designs went above and beyond with my order. I ordered a coat to WA which I decided to upsize. The following week I have heading to Melb and they hand delivered my coat to a family members house. They were so responsive and easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend this small business enough for their customer service :)
