Stay well away from this company they are fraudulent!!! They have stole all our life savings! First of all all you will be in contact with Johnathan Wise he will set everything up and then Eric Davis will do the rest he will become your friend get you to cash in your bitcoin and he will then tell you that you have to pay ridiculous amounts of taxes and exchange rates to release funds!! Which he told my husband he would loose everything if he didn’t! Once you do this with binance they then tell you your money is with the blockchain and then disappear no contact number dead and not contactable through email! PLEASE STAY CLEAR

No joy whatsoever from dealing with these people.They mislead you from the day you start trading with them. Contact with them is only when they ring you to invest more.You can NEVER GET any of your money from your wallet into your bank account without having to pay more money " for so called tax payments." The investor is responsible for paying the taxes if and WHEN any money is paid. It is not down to these people to pay it.DON,T TRUST THEM.They will tell you one thing to suck you into the scheme,BUT YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING BACK from them.PURE SCAM.STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM,OR THEY WILL BLEED YOU DRY.I didn,t want to give them any star rating but I had too to post the review.I would have given them a minus 10 if I could have.

Invested money with the fake Jonathan Wise or Tim Arn who voice change often which I questioned them about.

clientsonlinetrade.com(do not log into this) bought from namecheap and hosted elsewhere, dont give them anymore money, Adam Hamiltons last email was to say he owes me nothing and to go ***k myslef, he has a website called zealllc com and you can clearly see him any information post it.

It all seemed professional and knowledgeable when I was investing money into their trading platform. But as soon as I tried to make a withdrawal, my account was locked and no one is responding to my emails. I've since discovered that they are not authorised to conduct trades in the UK and are operating a scam. DO NOT BELEIVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS! They will only extort your hard earned money out of you.

My family and I invested £38000 in Matic Markets and made unbelievable profits, which turned out to be too good to be true. I tried to withdraw the money today as they wish to liquidate the account every 3 to 4 months so they can get paid. What they omitted to tell me was that the management 6% fee had to be paid as an additional sum from my personal bank account which of course I don't have as it is all tied up in Matic markets. My husband immediately saw red flags as the fee wasn't coming out of the account so couldn't be related for tax purposes. After undertaking more research especially on this site it has completely changed from rave reviews last November to SCAM alerts in Jan/Feb. I feel sick and devasted. All my savings are now gone. I have e-mailed Matthew Catania (my account manger) to call him out on it. Suprisingly no response, the e-mail doesn't work and the phone number is dead. Do not use this company.

Beware of Jason Cole and probably others attempting to extort fees for clearing account. It’s complicated but if you are an account holder they may try to get you to clear your balance and demand a fee to do so which they say cannot come out of your trading account. They will then disappear with everything! Do not believe a word these scammers say. Report them to FCA and the Met cyber crime unit.

Invested some money with them and when you try to withdraw the money you have in your account, nobody reply to your emails and phone calls.

I would like to know if I can take further action against them.

I deposited an initial £250 and after three months is had only made a small amount so decided to close it. They did refund my £250 but the £150 I had made on my money they will not refund!!!! Is that legal, it is my interest on my money, not a lot but still mine. Now, no one replies to my emails.

SCAM. Although I suspected this from the start having deposited £250 as the minimum start. The constant calls and lack of response when I ask a question about withdrawing meant I did not invest anymore money with them. Had some funny calls with both Adam and Jay. I started to treat any further calls from them or any of their connected companies that call as a nuisance caller and I managed to at least waste some of their time on the phone leading them down the garden path. So although I’ll never see my £250 again, I find the fun I had teasing the people that call me making them think I was ready to invest thousands and then hitting them with some comedy comments picked from a variety of movies has somewhat made this whole Scam thing a bit easier to manage. If anyone does find a way of dishing out some vigilante justice to these people then please feel free to let me know. Or if there is a way to help provide a nice secure prison cell for any of the people involved then I am game for sorting that out. I spoke to my bank to try and reverse the transaction but they didn’t want to know. I assume it’s too complicated for them to process with the whole cryptocurrency element. Anyway still laughing at convincing one of the callers that I needed to dig up £30k I had buried in the basement so I could invest it with them.

I wish we could all communicate regarding these criminals. I also have passed there details to the FCA and Action fraud you all should do to. I hope they rot.

Having joined in November, invested a lot into this, to the point of a fake ICO investment.

Crooks, and have all the screenshots, emails, transaction evidence prove this. Have already passed to Action Fraud. I suggest anyone else affected does the same.

As we have all found out its a scam can the police be involved in this as it seems people have lost there life savings.

This is pure SCAM! Invested some Bitcoin and they asked me to invest more. I had to cancel my investment (private reasons) and they said it would take 7-10 days to return my Bitcoin.

4 weeks later: no answer and their website is gone.

Watch out...

You get pressured every week to put more money in, you do believe their hype that if you had more money in your account, then you would have greater returns. it’s a Con, And you can’t get your money back out???you invest via Crypto.com but then you put your money into a Fiat wallet and transfer it out to an untraceable source. When I joined up there were 90+ good re-views on this site? But since then they have disappeared??? Just like your money will if you sign up to this site. Spoke to several different people at this alleged company (Johnathan Wise, Jason Cole) etc have emailed them lots of times and no answer. The times I have spoken to Jason he answers the phone with a shifty Hello and does not introduce himself, he waits till you say who you are then his accent & the tone of his voice changes. l got lots of excuses about they have all been on training! people of sick etc. was told it would takes 7 -10 days to refund any amount, and want to know why i need money. The last call he stated he was not interested in talking about my account now as it was not big enough for him to be bother with, and said he would forward my issues on to the accounts team!!!! They have now stop answering my Email. I have read lots of reviews for this site and they all say the same it’s a Scam.. i checked trust pilot at the start and they had all good reviews, i see now that they are either fake or bad news stores. Keep your money don't invest.

I have been scammed by account managers Adam Hamilton and Eric Davis also Tim who is the person that does your HMRC Capital gains Tax.
I had a deposit off £10400.00 in my account after trade from 02/11/2021 to 07/01/2022 there was a profit off £77700.00 i got a call from Eric Davis to get this money into my bank account i had to pay fees and managers percentage which was £11000.00 then capital gains tax first the said it was 10% after paying this it did not go into my bank, they said i had paid to little tax I then had to pay 40% Tax even after paying that they still would not release my money. because they said after my first payment crypto currencies had weaken so i had to pay this £5800.00 And still no money in my bank account. was told on the 16/01/2022 money would be in my bank. today 24/01/2022 still no money. the will no answer there phone or emails. please avoid getting scammed like me £50000.00 which i will never see again. don't trust Matic markets

It’s a shame I can’t upload images of my account on here to prove this is real and your just scamming people. I guarantee these posts won’t be removed as I have already informed Trust pilot that you are a scam company and sent them images proving it.

Fake company. Will take you for as much as they can. Heed my warnings. Avoid them. The positive reviews are fake or haven't got to the stage where they realise they are being scammed yet. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Matic Markets is a huge scam. I have been fraudulently scammed out of £3000 by Washington Kelly and Adam Hamilton both Senior Account Managers. Many others have been scammed as well so please contact me, I have had an account since the 28th October where I have accrued £17,709 but the money has not been allowed to be withdrawn from the account as it is fictitious. Trustpilot please do not allow this company to put on any more fictitious positive reviews, they are all false. Update 11/1/2022:- I have received a phone call from Matic markets saying that they will refund me in 7-10 days as they are having some issues at the moment and I have been asked to take the review down as everyone there is being affected (by not carrying out any more scams). I will take the review down if I receive my funds. Update 13/1/2022:- No funds yet. 17/1/2022:- No funds received yet. 18/1/2022:- Nothing yet 20/1/2022:- Nothing (9 days) 21/1/2022:- Nothing (10 days) The money has gone. Don’t waste your money. Deposited suggested amount (£250) into matic markets account then very rude account manager tries to belittle my investment to force me into depositing more money! i didn't, and since then i cant get through to anyone within the company, no response to my calls or emails.
Definitely feeling like I've been scammed.. Keep your money! "A bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush"
