I started a 3-day free trial with Matific last year. My child didn’t like it at all. I tried to cancel, but couldn’t, and they charged me for a full year. Despite multiple emails, I never received a response.
This year they charged me again, even though the service wasn’t used at all. They are still not responding to my refund requests.
Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this at all.🤯

I signed up for a free trial and then tried to log on to cancel it before I got charged. The saved password didn’t work, so I clicked “Forgot password” but haven’t got anything. I tried many times but no emails were received.
I emailed their support at various email addresses A LOT but never got a reply. Meanwhile they charged me every month until I called my bank.
It is complete SCAM
