Ordered in September package wasn’t sent until December, messages and emails constantly ignored. When sent tracking was provided and proven as delivered but was sent without a name to a different address. No refund, no way to find parcel. Avoid at all costs

Made my order 28th august and still have not received my order on the 22nd October. I have emailed and messaged them on insta and no reply!!! £80 out of pocket. Have now lost all hope of getting my money back or receiving my order.

I ordered a pair of jeans on January 28, 2022 and didn't receive them until two months later. They arrived with a horrible stench and missing a button hole, meaning that I can't button them because there is not a hole to do so!!! After a month of numerous emails and messages, I still have not heard back from anyone. What do they expect me to do with a pair of jeans that I can't even button?! Save your money and your time because their customer service team is either nonexistent or just doesn't care!

Ordered somthing for my Wife. Never turned up when it should. After 3 weeks I got a reply on Instagram and was told it was a "pre order" item which it was not on the website. Still have no item & have not received a refund for the item and I am £60 put of pocket. SCAM!!!!!

Would be a zero if i could . Ordered goods and no response to emails . Eventually got a response on insta and then they blocked me and still no goods or money back . Im £39 out of pocket and just found out the same has happened to my daughter and she is £75 put of pocket. Thankfully mine was on a credit card so will take up with them. Avoid at all costs 😡😡😡

As other people have already said you do not get the goods you bought. No response to emails. I have emailed nearly everyday and received one false promise that it was being dispatched. Not received anything and email every day with no response. Have now emailed that I will have to take legal action which I have no alternative to do. I bought this for my daughter, I'm nearly 60 and work within the justice system so if her sending emails and putting messages on her Instagram (which I don't have) with hearts, kisses etc will make a difference to me then I'm afraid she's wrong.

Ordered an item which never stated was on pre-order (other reviews tell me this is what the seller does with most people), after a few days realising it wasn’t going to arrive for the day I needed it I messaged the seller, no response. No response on Instagram, email or through the website.

Messaged every other day for 3 weeks, only getting a response when enquiring on the public Instagram pictures, with them being quickly deleted after. The seller informed me it would arrive, would send me a tracking number, it was delayed, then after 3 weeks asked for my details to send money - no money.

Basically steal your money unless you comment on every picture they post - don’t buy not worth the time and plenty of other sellers of designer inspired on Instagram that are legit.

Paid for a bag, didn't state it was a pre order item. Nearly been six weeks now and keep being told its being sent, its being sent. I don't even want the poxy bag any more, I just want my money back. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did and buy from this scammer

Shocking!!! Ordered stuff 2 months ago and not received nor has my emails been responded to. ‘The customer pics’ are social media influencers that this woman has sent items to for free for advertisement. Her Instagram is full of people inquiring where their items are. Had to to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Absolute scam artist stay clear!!

I ordered 2 items at the total price of £80 in December 2020, I expected the items in the next week as indicated on the website. I didn’t receive my items or any updates via email, I contacted the company via Instagram a couple of weeks later and was told that I had ordered items on preorder and that’s why they were taking so long. However, this was not stated on either of the items I bought.

I waited longer and I asked again where my order was - I was told the bag I ordered had been discontinued and I was offered the bag in a different colour, I agreed to this change as I didn’t have much option.

I decided to wait a little longer and still heard nothing about the items - this went on for months with me contacting her every few weeks and resulting in her completely forgetting my order and having to asking me what I ordered, saying she had sent it and she was getting the tracking details for me, then never providing the tracking details and then saying weeks later that it hadn’t been sent and the new bag was discontinued.

I have now asked for a full refund - and I am being ignored.

DON’T GIVE THIS SCAMMER YOUR MONEY!
