I was quite sceptical about online…
I was quite sceptical about online tutoring services compared to face to face, but the team really brought me on the journey of both the convenience and the quality. There's never going to be 30 private tutors in a classroom, but this is the next best thing.
I'd like to thank the team for the incredible quick support throughout.

Your company signed contract with me…
Your company signed contract with me and promised bonus pay . Now some HR's from Columbo send a mail stating they bonus payout will be held till NOV 2024 . This is pure scam . No sessions , No bonus payments absolutely nothing . Giving time to go though your sessions was a complete waste of time . Its an absolute bogus organization.

So far so good.
Matr has been a good addition to my kids homework schedule. My oldest, starting in Year 7, is refreshing his Maths as well as shoring up on certain modules like fractions, ratios etc. My middle son is making very good progress and is using Matr to reaffirm concepts and methods for various topics as part of his 11+ revision.
The Cust. Service has also been brilliant. So far whatever I have requested for (moving times, clarity of lessons etc) has been fulfilled. The tutors are great as well. My kids like the method and approach to lessons. If they fail to understand something, the tutor then proceeds breakdown his method in order to explain concepts. This is all done visually on-screen where both Tutor and pupil can interact simultaneously.
More importantly I can view what each child has covered and the progress they are making as well.

My daughter's tutor is lovely
My daughter's tutor is lovely, she is always at the other end of the line on time with a well planned lesson. She is patient and helpful and as my daughter's school teacher has said "her confidence has taken a massive leap" this is definitely thanks to Matr.

Maths tutor for year 6
My daughter has been having Sindhu as her regular tutor now for around 7 weeks and her confidence with her maths has improved greatly. Sindhu explains things really well and my daughter has been achieving much better results in her maths lessons at school.

Good experience
My son is in year 6 , He has been tutored for 5 months . Miss Himika is really good teacher .she is patient , teaches well . Her performance stands out from the rest clearly. Honestly one of the best teachers.

Very good value for money. Happy with service and support. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the website is sluggish at the start, we sometimes wait 5 min for website to reload. If you sort this out will review and change to 5 stars.:)

Success through MATR!!
My daughter (age 12) has had some real success through MATR. She started year 7 with enormous lack of confidence. We tried to help her, but she suffered from a lot of frustration and feared maths, which is hard as a parent to tackle. Roll forward 8 weeks, she won the end of term maths award scored outstanding in her end of term report. She even got 22 out of 24 in a test with everyone else scoring in the teens. We can happily say that she now loves (yes that is love) maths and we cannot thank you enough, especially Pallavi!

Very high quality lessons
My daughter has only had a few lessons so far, but I’m impressed by the good structure of the lessons and the quality of the teacher’s explanations of topics in the lesson.
It’s an excellent addition to her normal school maths lessons where she can practice concepts which she might have not fully grasped, but there wasn’t time in school to dig deeper.
