Still waiting for the mat, I'm sure it's a fine product.
I'm not sure yet, have not yet received the mat. Hopefully it's better than your customer service. Early last week I sent a question in about a charge and there has been no response. In fact, I am still getting a request to complete my order.
I was going to get one mat, but decided to get a different mat instead. I guess I did not fully cancel the original order. Meantime a charge has cleared my bank, and my preferred mat is on the way. A response to my request would have been nice.
Looking forward to using your fine product when it gets here on the 12th. I am probably being unfair to the mat in judging it by your customer service, which is lacking, at best.

The ordering process is easy, however, arranging a return is a different experience completely. In particular the cost of returning an item is very expensive.
