Delivery of my watch took longer than…
Delivery of my watch took longer than expected. I am still waiting for one of the watches I ordered, it's been 2 months now with no communication from the company. The watches feel light and the clasp keeps opening on 2 of them, not happy

1. While most brands use Japanese or Chinese movements, we use only Swiss movements in every model within our house collection. Our handcrafted movements are created by “Ronda”, a Swiss company specializing in accurate movements since the beginning of the 20th century. The high quality of the mechanism places our watches in line with high-end, world-class premium brand watches.
2. Our watches come with a high-end 316L stainless steel case, which has a high purity level. The case boasts of excellent form and strong function.
In addition, 316l stainless steel colors will not fade and are anti-tarnish, very strong, unbreakable, and can wear for a lifetime. 316l stainless steel is lead-free, nickel-free, allergy-free, which make it very friendly with the human body.
3. Each Matthew Mercury house timepiece is crafted using sapphire crystal glass, the most premier of its kind available in today’s market. In addition to providing ultimate protection from scratches and bumps, it seals and protects the delicate inner parts of the watch to ensure the glass is clear and scratch-free for prolonged use.

Too much time to deliver
Too much time to deliver! 2 weeks... it's 21st century.
The watch is OK, basically what I expected. But the watch strap is cheap. It's the same as Swatch, which is 5 times cheaper. Is it better to buy Swatch next time, hey, guys?? Too much money spent on the boxes. Don't try to fool us next time. This is indecent.
Basic level of quality - yes, But not more.
Do not recommend. But you can try - at your own risk, if you like the model.

Our bands are made from genuine leather and should hold for long time use. If something is wrong with your band, please let us know, and we will make sure to replace it for you.

Delivery complications and wrong colour
The logistics company used for delivery claimed 2 failed deliveries at times we were home, before we were able to track the item down and collect from the Depo. Matthew Mercury customer service were helpful and quick to respond but couldn't help beyond requesting another delivery. On collecting the item the wrong colour of watch was sent (brown rather as black).
After taking over 3 weeks to arrive we don't have time to arrange an exchange. It was bought for a birthday present and the recipient still likes the watch but disappointed it's wasn't the colour they had originally chosen. The watch itself it elegent and of great quality.
