Excellent communication from start to finish. The morning after I ordered, Grant emailed me to let me know that the part I had ordered was on back order, gave me an expected lead time, and gave me a choice of options of products that were in stock. I chose to stick with the part I had ordered, and not even 4 days later I got the email saying it had shipped and was on its way to me. Delivery was very fast using a very good courier (DPD). I will definitely be coming back when the time comes to refresh the brake lines on my MX5.
