Once my order was placed on-line, I was contacted to be informed of my intended delivery date, although it was apprx. 2 weeks in the future, that was fine with me.

Delivery service fantastic, I was given a 3hr time slot and a telephone call when the driver was within 1 hrs drive.

Matress' placed on beds and all packaging removed.

the only real issue I had with the delivery driver pushing the delivery note and a pen into my hand and sayin to me sign there before hed even opened the back of the lorry.
I thought screw you with the attitude I wanna check my merchandise before I sign for anything mate.

Ordered this mattress and the ordering process was simple enough i was kept informed of progress of my order via email and whn it was due for delivery the courier kept me informed via telephone. The mattress was delivered and left in my bedroom and the two guys were excellent they even took the plastic cover off and put it on the base for me also took the cover away for disposal for me. I was very pleased with the quality of the mattress and will definitely purchase any mattress's that I might need in the future from this company. Thank you.

I searched everywhere for the best price and mattress.co.uk where the best price by a long shot. Because the price was so much lower I wasn't that confident that the service would be as good but I needn't have worried. Choice of delivery day, phoned the day before to confirm and to let us know that the delivery driver would ring an hour before delivery and happy to take each mattress to the relevant rooms. Will definitely use mattress.co.uk again without hesitation.

I've bought 4 mattresses from Mattress.co.uk recently. I highly recommend their products and their service, their communication and delivery is also excellent. I experienced a small problem over one of my orders and it was corrected very quickly with a minimal delay. I would definitely buy again from them.

A lovely mattress. It was delivered by a nice man who carried it upstairs and put it in the correct room.

I bought 2 mattresses, saving an extra £40. They arrived clean, wrapped and were delivered by two cheery souls! They are extremely comfortable and were great value. The delivery service was spot on.

quality is excellent as for customer service NO .if you need to telephone them. be prepared for no answer . I tried 3 times was kept on the phone 9 mins each time which is when i gave up :( . Got an answer eventually after 4 days and after 12 mins .

I highly recommend this company. Really high quality at a reasonable price. Delivery was faultless - we were able to choose our delivery day, it was confirmed again with us the day before. We were given a fairly short delivery window (no waiting in all day) and on the day we received a phone call to say they were on their way. Brilliant!

Very easy to order and arrange delivery. Great communication from delivery company, sent a message a few days before with a 3 hour slot and then called on the morning to say they were on their way. Took it straight to the bedroom. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordering and payment online was easy!
I was able to pick a delivery date to suit me and a couple of days before, I was contacted to confirm delivery and given a delivery window, so helpful as I was going to be busy that day.
The delivery was made promptly by polite drivers who brought the mattress straight upstairs. I liked the fact that I wasn't charged extra for this as some companies online charge an extra £20.00 just to have the mattress delivered to the room.
My daughter is loving her new mattress and the price was so reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to my friends. Thankyou.
