ordered the bed and was kept up to date a few times while waiting to make sure my delivery date was ok and everything done on time. good service :)

Bought online really easily. Really useful app online allows you to schedule delivery when ordering. (earliest date was about 2 weeks later)

Was telephoned 2 days before delivery to be advised delivery would be on the day promised, and advised a 3 hour delivery window on the afternoon of that specified day.

Only hiccup was on the morning of delivery day, I had a call about 3 hours before the delivery window previously advised, to be told the lorry would be with me in the next 10 minutes. Fortunately I was in, and by the time I went outside, the lorry was already pulling up at my door.

Two very pleasant men apologised for being early (they said there had been some mix-up loading the lorry), and took the mattress to the room I requested, no fuss at all.
Actually, the fact they arrived earlier than expected, left me the afternoon to go out and enjoy rather than waiting in for them to arrive, so win-win all round.

Despite the low price paid, I am very pleased with the mattress and it's really comfortable.

A couple of minor issues are that there was no model name on the actual mattress, just the manufacturer. But it was a cushion top one, which is what I ordered. The top stitching pattern is different too. The website indicated it would have depressed button tops on the top surface (which I was a bit worried about as I heard they could be uncomfortable) but the mattress just has a stitched upholstered pattern and no buttons.

Also there was a slight smell of polyurethane foam (although the mattress was not supposed to have any memory foam content) - but this disappeared after a couple of days. Fortunately the weather was fair and I could leave the bedroom windows open at least during the day for those initial couple of days.

But overall, I am very pleased and would happily use mattress.co.uk again, and would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a new matress or bed.

I must admit, I was a little nervous as the price was soooo much cheaper for the mattress than anywhere else, but when it arrived I was impressed. Good quality mattress for a very good price.

It took the delivery van three 'phone calls to find us, but we are in an isolated location!.

The ordering was easy and i liked the Saturday delivery option although the estimate was early between 7 and 8. However i had a call around 8.40 to say they would be late but couldnt tell me when. I then had a call at 10.30 to say it would be in the next hour. The driver then turned up without a word of apologie at arounfg 11.20. I would suggest the matress.co.uk use a different courier as it reflects bad on them.

The mattresses I ordered were delivered the day I arranged, they text me, then phoned me when they were 30 minutes away. The mattresses were delivery to the room I wanted and unpacked they took away the packaging. The website was very easy to use. I bought 2 mattresses so they gave me a discount. all together a good experience.

The bed came exactly as described, excellent quality. Delivery was also excellent I recieved good communication my choice of date and when it arrived the delivery guys were incredibly polite and helpful, ready to assemble the bed and take the wrapping away. Do not hesitate to buy! You can't go wrong.

I ordered the mattress online in Australia for delivery to my Dad in England. The order process was simple and delivery went without a hitch - Great Job!!!

It took us a while to decide on the correct mattress but once we did the whole process from order through to delivery was great. We chose our delivery date, they texted us a delivery slot and turned up bang on time and carried it in to our house, there were two delivery guys. Can't fault the quality of the product or service, I would recommend these to everyone. Many thanks

I ordered the bed at the selected delivery time, the delivery guys are nice and I put the mattress on and it fits my king size bed neatly. My sleep has been smoth. The only disadvange is that I oversleep despite the alarm, the comfort is too much. Anyway I recommennd to anyone

I ordered two matresses, then had to change order, call centre where great and advice given was excellent. The two mattresses are top quality and the price was excellent compared to local outlets. Great service great deals.

Great mattress, excellent product. No faults with Mattress.co.uk. Just please get rid of the delivery company that act on your behalf as they are dragging your reputation down. 10 days to take delivery of an item listed as in stock and then the window of delivery changed 3 times in 24 hrs. Really not good enough and no justifiable explanation to support this terrible service.

had to buy two matresses so got £40 off which was added bonus, dilivart was on time and matresses are brilliant value for money. Would definately use the company again and recommend to anyone.

we order two mattress from this company a double and a single. Waited a week and a half and on the day of delivery only double turned up. They had lost the single. Said they would ring on Monday (this was Saturday). I had to phone them and was told that they had found it and deliver it on the Friday. Friday came and you guessed it they had lost again. Meanwhile mattress offered to make a new one but we have to wait 12 days for it to be delivered. All I can do is keep my fingers crossed. Mattress.co.uk please find someone else to do your deliverys.

There are no complaints from me, the mattress was a bargain, is very well constructed, the service was second to non, and delivery was on time. Thank you mattres.co.uk.

7.05 am on a Saturday is a bit early to have to be up and about to receive a commercial delivery, but the delivery service itself was efficient and courteous.

There was just one error: the delivery man thought the local council would remove our old mattress for 'about £5' - a check indicated that in fact they would have charged £37. We took it to the local tip ourselves for the cost of two miles' worth of petrol.

A very good company. Kept me up to date with my purcase every step of the way. The delivery staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattress is everything I was looking for. Highly recomend . Thankyou
